Dopethrone’s Broke Sabbath: where are the links to order vinyl and CD?

This album has been advertised as being released by TotemCat like several of their others but I can’t find anywhere selling pre-orders or anything.

Brainoil is the most underrated sludge band

Brainoil is right up there with Acid Bath for me. All 3 of their records are amazing and have much more energy compared to most sludge thanks to the faster tempos and death metal influence. They deserve much more respect. Praise the riffs!

Top 5 Crowbar Albums? Plus the best song of that album.

For me Personally…

  1. Crowbar (Fixation)
  2. Time Heals Nothing (Leave It Behind)
  3. Broken Glass (Reborn Thru Me)
  4. Sonic Excess (Suffering Brings Wisdom)
  5. Odd Fellows Rest (1000 Year Internal War)

Skinpeeler - Psychoactive Suicide (FFO: Soilent Green, Abuse, Acid Bath)

Real killer DeathSludge. These guys broke up and only released this 3 track EP which kicks so much ass it makes me wish they continued

Eyehategod cover online

Is there anyone here who would like to make an Eyehategod cover with me online? For example, Agitation! Propaganda! (but I'm open to other songs as well, I prefer the shorter ones). I'm a guitarist and I can of course record to a backing track, but I think it would be cool to do something with real people. It would be great to find a drummer, vocalist, and optionally a bassist.

What album got you into sludge?

For me it never really clicked until I put on Take as Needed for Pain to get me through a session of deadlifts

Anything that sounds like the B side of My War?

I love the sludgy songs from my war but there's only 3 ;( is there anything else out there like it ?

Where it's like, sloppy, really depressing sounding, and sounds kinda "clean"?

Sorry for sounding really picky lol, I just love the B side of that album

Amphead // Amp Recs

Trying to play live shows in ATX by next year and need an amp//amphead to handle extreme music (sludge crust, grindcore). On a budget but willing to invest. Thank you!🫀

[CHI] Dead Sun - “No Pass Filter”

Chicago band playing some of the loudest shows I’ve ever heard in my entire life.

Should have some new music coming soon, too.

Must listen.

Anyone seen Chat Pile on their 2024 tour?

Missed my chance to see Chat Pile last year when they came to my town, but looks like they're coming back on their 2024 tour in a few days! Has anyone here been to one of the shows from this tour? Any comments? I'm interested in merch as always. Are there tour shirts for sale and if there are, do they take cash? TIA and sorry if this isn't the right community.
