Need opinions on a character based run im going to do.
I am going to make a Emperor Palpatine skyrim character. (No I can't just download mods) I am having a hard time choosing his race. I am leaning towards Nord for the Battle Cry power as it reminds me of the sith power he used in episode 3. My other options I thought would be good are Breton or Imperial. Any ideas or opinions would be appreciated.

This is Yado'zir, my battlemage khajiit. He spent most of his adventures in High Rock and is now in Skyrim to defeat alduin and eat a lot of sweetrolls.
He uses dawnfang in one handed and Umbra in two handed. He is also a specialist in lightning walls and in summoning dragon priests. Anyway when he isn't fighting he likes to chase his tail and cook rats and skeevers and eat them in front of children and sometimes even forcing them to eat those rats. Have a nice day y'all.
