I hope this is not the wrong place to post this.
Firstly, I'm by now well aware that online gurus who sell shortcut ways to earn money without any skill, are scamming, and that there's no shortcut to skills and hardwork.
I'll be joining uni in mid-2025 and my schedule is not that busy currently, so I do have more time to spare until then. I'm aware that juggling uni coursework with freelancing may not be very feasible. I weighed the pros and cons, keeping my main career path and my personal circumstances in mind, and concluded that I should give it a try.
I mentioned 500-1000$ but I obviously don't mind if I can earn more than that, lol. 500 is the bare minimum, but I don't mind if I don't earn that much from the very 1st month I start the sidehustle
Also, share with me some resources to get started, I guess, and let me know how long it takes most people to learn that particular skill(s).
And I'm based in India if that matters.
Looking for setup side hustle that can turn to $150/ day passive income preferably.Preferably something I can setup online and mange with my phone.
I want to get into the above… not exactly sure how yet, asking if anyone can share their experiences and success stories. Help a brother out. Thanks!
For those who've successfully made this transition, what lessons did you learn along the way?
I'd love to hear your stories and any tips you might have!
Just want to talk a bit about passive income as this is something I see people ask about every day.
And there are a lot of fake claims out there about passive income. And you will especially see this from influencers also.
How I see it is that you can only really call something passive income if you do not need to continuously put in effort.
Methods like affiliate marketing, where you have to work a lot but will then still earn when you are sleeping or taking a break, are NOT passive, in my opinion. It can be a great way to earn and build a full-time, but there is nothing passive about it just because you also earn when you sleep.
If you want to make big money with truly passive income, you need to be realistic. The only way to do that is if you have huge amounts to invest in real estate, stocks, blue chip crypto, or something similar. Alternatively, you can invest in upcoming meme coins that have huge earning potential, but you also risk losing it all.
There is NO 100% guaranteed way to earn a living online or offline if you do not have any money to invest or if you are not willing to take big risks.
That is just the reality, and I have people every day asking me for passive ways to earn hundreds of dollars per day without risk, without effort, starting today. This is NOT realistic, and you will just get scammed if you chase this.
There are free methods to earn completely passively like, for example, by sharing your unused internet and similar. But this will not make you a lot of money.
When it comes to passive income, it is extremely important to be aware of these things so you are realistic when looking for methods and do not end up getting scammed.
I'll go ahead and give a run down. I'm Sallie. I have an Associate's in Arts. Possibly will eventually get a Bachelor's in Machine Learning, Information Technology, or even Journalism. I have many skills - drawing, writing, makeup, reading, usability testing, research, critical thinking, etc.. But I'm struggling with coming up with something because:
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I also have experience training artificial intelligence, crisis counseling, rescuing animals, baking treats, and user testing itself through platforms for usability tests.
Need car savings advice, help!
Hello, I just turned 15 years old and need to buy a car when I am 16 as that is when I get my drivers license. My father offered that however much money I save up until i’m 16 he will give me that same amount, for example: if I have $10k saved up by the time i’m 16 he will give me $10k when i’m 16 for my car. I wanted to ask this subreddit to see what YOU would do in this scenario to make money, I am starting to apply for jobs and any side hustle recommendations + tips are very appreciated! Thank you
As the title says I'm a chemistry teacher and I spend lots of my time on the computer and I was wondering what can I do to make money off of it. It doesn't have to be chemistry related, I was thinking learning to video edit or something like that. Any other decent way to make money from my computer?
I have a high end computer because I'm also a gamer.
I have lots and lots of free time so time is not an issue.
I live in a 3rd world country so even $400 per month is gonna be really worth it.
Any advice is welcome.
Hello, im a college student. I do programming and ui ux design as a major/minor and with digital products. I made products but I have made any income nor views. I've tried gumroad, kofi, social media, and flyers around my campus. But no matter what I do I haven't gotten any reviews/feedback nor income. Some advice? Thank you!
Has anyone done computer repair as a side hustle? What sort of certifications and equipment do you need? I've got some self taught experience with computer repair, but not quite enough that I'm confident in doing it professionally. I'm interested in phone repair too, though my passion is for PC (and laptops and such). Just not sure where to go next with it.
Hello Reddit. I am currently a college student and while I work a job, it does not make me a lot of money. Because I work under something called Federal Work Study, I only have so much that I can earn in a semester, which usually averages out to a max of ten hours a week (I usually only work 8 though). Even though minimum wage is $15 an hour here the low hours means my paycheck doesn't amount to much. I am able to live within my means but I have a lot of money anxiety and would like to feel a little more secure with my financial situation, especially with my health on the decline. I am also without a car or driver's license, which is why I haven't gotten a better paying job yet, because I have no way to get to any place.
I am majoring in Creative Writing so I'm unsure what side hustles there are that cater to my specialty. I have already considered something, but that is something that I am not confident in producing efficiently yet, plus I lack the supplies, so any ideas that aren't too stressful for someone like me would be appreciated to help pad me out. I'm not expecting something that will make me a substantial amount of money, but my paychecks typically only average out to $300 every two weeks, so I just need something that can make me a little extra cash for the moment.
And since I've seen people suggesting it to others, no I will not get involved with crypto, no matter what you say.
anywhere? need some ideas
Im not sure if i should explore online more or switch to something local? Im a student with autism and you could say ive had a hard life but what are some thing i can safely do for money as a student who goes to school? Im looking for ideas suggestion or whatever.

Im somewhere in Arizona and we are not really known for having grass and there is a alot of compition in plant care here for some odd reason, plus i have allergy's to alot of stuff.
Hey everyone! I’m looking for some advice on side hustles that can bring in around $2,000 to $3,000 a month relatively quickly, with the option to scale as I go. I’m willing to put serious time into it, and I have a full-time job that covers my bills, so I can also invest a bit to get things rolling.
I’ve watched tons of YouTube videos about side hustles like dropshipping, affiliate marketing, digital products, and freelancing, so I’m familiar with the basics. But with so many options out there, I’m not sure which would realistically hit that income mark quickly, and then have room for growth.
If you’ve had success in this range or know of something that might work, I’d love to hear your insights! Thanks in advance for any advice or recommendations.
Hi guys,
What are some remote side hustles that are available for someone living in the Caribbean? I'll like to make an extra 4/500 USD per month. I'm a teacher. Skilled in teaching reading currently working on my Bachelor’s degree. I can proof read and I have tutoring experience up to College level. What are my options?
Hi guys, I’m trying to start home cleaning side hustle gonna hire somebody to build a website for me and I gonna use Google as marketing channel but I’m literally I have no idea how I can use Google ads😬 any tips?
How much do you make and do you have a tips as far as what to buy?
My app is called Sip Cocktails. It’s a cocktail app that tells you what you can make with the ingredients you have.
I literally launched my app yesterday and starting advertising / promoting it heavy on Reddit. This app was community driven and built. Somehow, it got to #1 on Food & Drink, and it got to #6 on all time paid apps. I’m shook.
I heard Apple helps your app with visibility for the first couple days of launch. Anyone have any tips on how I can continue driving growth and this momentum? Much appreciated!
Yea so I'm not saying I want money for free lol ofcourse I'm willing to put in work but I dont want it to be too time consuming as I go to school and got other things to do. I'm trying surways but I don't know what else I could possibly Do. Any ideas?

If you had $20k to invest and wanted to make the most side hustle in a year....no scams, no gimmicks, just real returns......what would you do? Imagine it’s a competition, and you have to prove your idea is legit. What’s your winning strategy?
Hi guys, I want to start an online side hustle but there are alot of options and videos showing you how. I don't mind spending time learning but I want to invest that time in something that actually works. Any tips or success stories? Content creators that actually help?
Pretty self explanatory. My company gives employees access to LinkedIn Learning, and I’m interested in expanding my skill set from their video tutorials. Specifically to hone in on one area that I could use for a side hustle. I’m just unsure of what to go with.
Has anyone done this before? Or have any ideas?
TIA🫶
In the past I used Shopify, but one manufacturer would take way too long, does anyone know of a great way to do this effectively so that I can make it a source of passive income?
Not trying to take your guys money lol but thought this would be the right place to tell people. Me and my friend have invested a couple thousand in a sportsbetting AI bot and we let people have a 7 day free trial to test it out. The trial is also to give you confidence it works with no risk for you. If you dont like it by all means cancel, this is more so for some feedback than anything. If you'd like an invite feel free to shoot me a message!
Husband and I both work and I did things “the right way”. Have the college degree and my job is a secure thing but it’s a state job which means a lower salary than most people in my field. Needless to say that after bills are paid for I’m personally left with about $200 from my check and often can’t even afford to eat lunch. Husband doesn’t offer to take on more bills and still looks to me to put money into it despite my pleads of needing more spending money for obvious female reasons
What are some legit side hustles I can get into? I own a Cricut and can be pretty crafty. And I have my notary license but can’t find clients. Some ideas please!
EDIT TO ADD: For clarification, my husband would help out when I get down to under $100 in my account until payday if I need to eat lunch. However, he is not very empathetic towards my situation and simply thinks that the bills should be split 50/50. Even though I get paid less and see less of a check due to covering health insurance. I do see how bad this is and our marriage is slowly us becoming more business partners than a marriage at this point. As all other marriages, I want us to work but I have an internal clock on how long I will tolerate this before making big decisions.
Evening everyone, i’m a 22 yr old male working at mcdonalds and studying at a community college. I make about $1,800 a month and pay bills which in total end up being about $800-$900. Any ideas on what I can do to start gaining more income? I’ve done uber eats on bike before but its become so shit to the point that I dont even consider doing that anymore. My days off are mondays and tuesdays being mostly free on the afternoons. Id like some advice on what I can do because being broke sucks!
Hey so l'm a teenager and do alot of "odd jobs" for people in my neighborhood like raking leaves, helping clean a garage etc. I'm currently charging between $20-$30 an hour depending on the task. Its above minimum wage in my area but I still feel like I'm busting my ass for little money at the end. What do ya'll think? Keep my current pricing or raise it?
My entire life is a side hustle right now.
A few years ago, I put $50k into bootstrapping www.RekoHub.com, and then 2 years ago quit my job to build it full time. While it is growing steadily, it is an early stage tech startup and so it will be a while until I can pay myself a salary from it.
In the meantime, I've become a side hustle king and been grinding 10-14 hour days 6 days/week for the last two years to build RekoHub and pay my own bills.
My requirements for a side hustle are:
Here are the best side hustles I have built for myself over the last two years + this years earnings:
It's exhausting - but the grind is paying off.
Hope this was helpful :)
P.s. I do not sell courses on how to do any of this . . . there is enough free information out there on YouTube that you don't need to buy a course for any of the things I listed above - but I am happy to give tips in the comments
I am looking for legit ways to bring in a decent income as a stay at home mom. I have a bachelors degree in business administration. I’ve always loved the idea of running a business out of my house but I’ve never known what to create that would be successful.
I would also be 100% open to a remote job!
I am passionate and an extremely hard worker, I just can’t find anything to do!
