/r/sailormoon has a few rules we'd like you to follow while posting and participating here. Please hover over the rules below for more information.
| #1.) Respect One Another | This is super simple stuff. If you have critique on someone's fanworks- be productive about it. Don't name call. Most certainly don't use racial slurs, sexist slurs or put anyone down or harass anyone. Remember, treat others as you want to be treated. 'But he did it first' is not an appropriate defense. |
| #2.) No Hentai/Pornography | Reddit has a policy against underage characters, or characters that could be considered underage, in sexual or suggestive situations that can be read here: (https://www.reddithelp.com/en/categories/rules-reporting/account-and-community-restrictions/do-not-post-sexual-or-suggestive). Since the majority of the characters in Sailor Moon could be considered as such-- the main 'heroic' cast for example-- anything that could be perceived as hentai or pornography or contains nudity is banned, as is anything that could be perceived as 'suggestive'-- 'Come hither' poses, Pictures where gratuitous exposed chest/cleavage feature or are the focus of the picture for a couple small examples. This extends to both visual and written works. |
| #3.) No Pirating/Torrents/Illegal Links | Don't post or ask about direct links to/or mention torrents/unofficial download or streaming websites. Do not post direct links to subs or dubs. Don't post direct links to MP3s. Don't post direct links to manga scans. |
| #4.) Referral Links / Advertising / Selling | Referral links are not allowed, period. Advertising for Products or Services are not allowed. This includes websites such as Etsy, Redbubble, Kickstarters and similar websites where the goal is to sell your product or sell your service. If you wish to advertise that on Reddit, or target this subreddit, you will need to go through https://ads.reddit.com. Advertisement for personal projects you just want traffic to- such as linking to your DeviantArt, A Discord You Run, a Forum you want to invite people to or show off a piece of art or writing you did, are all allowed. |
| #5.) No Spam. What's Considered Spam? | Spam on /r/sailormoon is defined as any link not relevant to Sailor Moon, or very low effort posts in general. Anything else reported as 'spam' will be handled on a case by case basis as decided by the moderators and will be removed if deemed as spam. It is /generally/ of the moderator's opinion that if something is Sailor Moon related- then upvoting and downvoting by the community should determine whether it remains up top or not- which includes fan art, memes and captioned pictures.*** |
| #6.) Bootlegs. | Bootlegs are allowed to be posted, as long as it's made clear that they are bootlegs and not being passed off as official merchandise. If you think it's bootleg- but are not sure, then express that in the title of the post. You should not, however, link to or mention where the bootlegs can be purchased. |
| #7.) Posting Fan Art | Boils down to: Post the artist's name in title. If not known, please say so in the title. Original Artist has post priority. Do not break the first rule. No AI Art Allowed. Please see: https://www.reddit.com/r/sailormoon/wiki/index for the full rule. |
Please note that it goes without saying that any attempt to bypass filters, rules- or suggestions or urging on of doing so to others, will get you an automatic ban.

New Inner Senshi Attacks?
I’m working on a fairly lengthy Sailor Moon fan fiction piece right now. Part of the story will feature new, original attacks for each of the inner senshi.
I thought it would be fun to solicit input from my fellow fans. What would YOU like to see as new attacks for Sailor Moon and the inner senshi? What should they call out for their attacks, keeping with each of their themes, of course.
For added fun, I’ll give you a shout out when I post up the fic if I select your attack suggestion.

Sailor Moon S - “Ai No Senshi” CWi dub HD remastered clip
One of the things that bothered me about the old Pioneer S and SuperS DVD releases was that they weren’t always consistent with whether the CWi dub track included the translated versions of songs. So I cracked out my VHS and did a fresh HQ re record of the audio and synced it to upscaled footage.

Question about Usagi age and Crystal Tokyo
Okay okay. I have been wondering about this for a bit. Mind you, I have seen the 90s anime and most of Crystal, but I haven't seen any of the movies. I've read 6 manga so far. SO... Usagi becomes Neo Queen Serenity in 30th-century Crystal Tokyo. She stops aging once she becomes queen. I think she gets married at like 21, but then she has Chibi-Usa at like a close age to that. Chibi-Usa is like 900 years old. Which means that Usagi has been queen for like 900 years. (Please correct me if any of this information is wrong!)
My question is: How soon after Usagi gets married/grows up in general does she actually become queen? It seems like she becomes the queen very soon after the anime ends since she stops aging once she becomes the queen. So like, does she become the queen at 21/22 years old?? And what about the rest of her family on earth? Is there any info on what they think of her suddenly becoming queen?
I hope this makes sense! Basically it feels like she becomes queen very quickly and I'm like... How does the rest of Tokyo/the world take this? Lol I'm open to comments or messages to discuss, and again please correct me if I've got any info wrong. I've seen everything enough that there are no real spoilers at this point, so go off :) Thanks in advance!!

Do people actually use the Jimmy Choo products, or are they more of a collector’s items for display?
Obviously the collaboration is doing well since they sold out most of the items so quickly (unless it was marketing scarcity), but I was wondering what buyers tend to do with the purses/shoes? If I spent that much money on a fashion item, I’d be too worried about getting it dirty or something, but it seems a shame to not use the product for what it’s intended for.
Guess I’m just curious about the buyer base. Is it more people who already buy and actually use high end fashion, or it is more people who are serious merchandise collectors and die hard fans? Or a little bit of both?
