The real motorcycle subreddit for real bikers.
This is the place for quality articles about motorcycles and riding. Self posts and links to articles are welcome, and uninteresting image posts and memes will be removed. A good general rule of thumb for submissions is that there be quite a number of words involved. Lots of bonus points if you learn something interesting about motorcycles (or, at least, about a specific motorcycle, or motorcycling personality) as a result.

This drop covers the ride over the Western Cascades and into Central Oregon. From icy mountain passes to high desert vistas, Central Oregon does not disappoint.

Hi all, here is our latest video.
This is the first of our California and Oregon Ride series. On this trip, we took a ride up the California and Oregon coast, then headed inland and circled back south through central Oregon back to home. Was a great two weeks on the road, about 2800 miles all in. Beautiful scenery, crazy fun motorcycle riding country. From warm and sunny to cold, icy and back to warm / hot. Nothing like a road trip on a bike.
If you like these, plz subscribe to our channel. We have a lot more content in the works and having subscribers helps us out a bunch. Also, feel free to suggest, let us know what you think, etc. in the comments, also helps us make these better.
Good times. Enjoy!
I miss riding my bike, so I made a clip from one of my summer trips through the mountains here in Romania.
The bike is Yamaha Tracer 9, on which I just upgraded the full exhaust to Leo Vince. The sound is amazing.
If you enjoy the video give a like and subscribe. This way I’ll know to make some more, I have a lot of footage but it needs editing.
Hello! I am a student from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) currently doing my thesis on motorcycle safety. At the end of the year I will be designing a product to help the motorcycling community in some way.
The survey posted below is just to gather some basic information about the equipment you wear and what you experience while riding. It doesn't ask for any personal information other than your age, your emails will not be recorded. The survey has been approved by QUT (you can view the information forms below the posted link)
For anyone who is interested I am currently riding an MT-07 and also rebuilding my fathers old Yamaha dt100 (1950's). I plan on eventually uploading something to YouTube to show the progress I'm making on the motorbike.

Hello friends, aloow me to introduce. I know the basics of motor bike riding. But i want to be a pro, yes you may say that start riding bikes; but i am in the process of getting my license. How i know the basics? Well i used to steal my dad's bike and ride it around the neighborhood back home. Father has passed away and i think i can connect with him if i start driving a motorbike. But here is the challenge, i am scared of the corners, turning etc etc but at the same time i love bikes. Help me to get started my friends. Cheers.

We're looking for suggestions for a motorcycle model from the late-70s -- early-90s. Something old and rusty you'd find chained up in a trailer park these days, but would still run.
The closest idea for style is this Harley from Captain America.
Any ideas Reddit?
