RULES:

1 - Only songs and videos released within the last three months can be posted. Check beforehand if it has been posted already. Use the Artist - Song title format. If something is older than three months, please keep it within the frequent Classic posts. Keep original music in the weekly Originals threads.

2 - Use one of the following tags when appropriate. These tags can be used any day, no matter what the schedules shows:

• [FRESH] - stream/video of song released in last month
• [FRESH VIDEO] An official video for a song that had already been released. A song that debuts with a video would still use the [FRESH] tag
• [FRESH STREAM] any newly released stream of a project longer than a single track, [FRESH ALBUM/EP] is also fine
• [LEAK] Thread on news that the album has leaked. No speculative leaks.

3 - Do not post illegal streams or downloads of songs/albums. Asking for a PM or posting instructions on how you can get it is also not allowed.

4 - Punk is an incredibly vague genre. If you believe something fits category, feel free to post it. If you believe something someone else posted isn't punk, don't comment "This isn't punk". If you must say something, be constructive and avoid being elitist.

5 - Keep lower effort posts, pictures, and reviews to the frequent Discussion posts. If the mods consider something to be not up to the standards of the subreddit, it will be removed.

6 - The ideals of punk contain both free speech and respect. Everyone is allowed to voice their opinion, unless that ventures into the territory of harassment. Homophobia, xenophobia, transphobia, Islamaphobia, and any other form of discrimination will result in a warning and then a ban if continued.
