Recently I had claimed USD 10 paypal reward on Jan 7, 2024 and it had been processed within 24 hours on Jan 8.

I have already informed Prizerebel about this and asked for help. I have done what they asked (e.g. cleared cache, tried a different web browser, and so on). But the problem remains.

My question is; am I the only one experiencing this at the moment? Or are there others getting the same message too?

Anyone get redirected to a page that has Lightspeed in the url after getting disqualified from a survey. Happened to me twice on a prodege disqualify and once on a yoursurveys one. The page has a big fat unfortunately, these surveys are currently unavailable on it so im wondering if this is a new router they are testing out but isn't available yet or if this was just a site error. Prizerebel asked for my ID in my first cashout. So I gave it to them. After I did, about a day later Dan sent me a message saying that my account was active so I assumed he meant my account was open and verified. However when I tried to sign in back to my account it said my account was still closed for ID verification. I contacted support but they didn't even contact me back. They said they would contact shortly, when is shortly supposed to be? I contacted twice for that matter. I don't know what to do, or if I'm the only one that's been through this any advice?

Has samplicio stop working for everyone or is it just me?

I tried to redeem a PayPal custom amount on December 1 and I still haven’t got it yet. I am a platinum member and this hasn’t happened before. I did change my PayPal email but usually it only takes a day or two and I’m wondering what had happened.

I have had 3 toluna surveys in as many days just not credit. I go all the way through them and get the successful completion screen but they just are not crediting. Anybody else having this problem?

Normal things that have been already reported and mentioned in this sub, I completed surveys more than 5 times (took me more than 2 hours I guess) and received an error message or no match pages. So frustrated.

What can I do If I move to a country where Prize Rebel does not work? While I understand I may not get surveys to fulfill I still had a considerable amount of referral points coming in. Should I just accept my account being blocked? What do I do? Please tell me if there is a way.
