The reason why Ali didn’t tell the truth to the police upon her return is because she thought she got a text from A. So she was afraid A was still after her.

But once she found out it was Mona who sent the text, why didn’t she just go to the police then? It seems like the whole Shana thing would’ve been resolved because it was self defense. And what exactly was A threatening them other than that?

Also Emily is so effing annoying at this point. Catering to Ali’s every need as if the girl didn’t just spend 2 years on the run. Forcing the other girls, prinarily Hannah to accept Ali back.

Ali is no better. She has not changed at all. Still lying, manipulating, controlling pushing the girls back into a toxic friend group. Just making them lie for her constantly.

I think lucy seems the most down to earth and nicest. I know recently she had been on instagram with Ashley and Sasha but it seemed like she was left out of the group while they were doing the show. It seemed like everyone was close but not with her on interviews and stuff.I think Shay used to be the nicest but got a bit full of herself. What do you guys think?

Wouldn't it be awfully suspicious for her to have been the only survivor out of 7 (including Melissa and Ian) people, with no burn marks at that?

I know that the change of Alisons Style has been discussed here many many times but its always about her clothes. But her hair and make-up changes a lot, too. And that triggers me because I think they did her so Dirty. For example: Her Make-Up in Season 6, the prom episode. It Looks just horrible. And her hairstyles are giving 40 year old Housewife.

I haven’t finished it yet (so no spoilers please) but I’m watching A Good Girls Guide to Murder and I’m finding it to be similar to my love PLL in the best ways so far. Lies, secrets, vague threats, I’m loving it.

*I can't remember where I read this but apparently, Alison was supposed to die instead of Charlotte in the flash forward but Marlene changed her mind. Does that mean, that they were going to make Alison and Spencer sisters like the Books instead of Cecec, because Cece being Spencer's retconned sister after 6A makes zero sense. Anyone else wonder about this or know anything? I would greatly appreciate it.

Season 3 episode 1 He says he knows who dug up Alison grave but do we ever find out if he’s telling the truth? We know Cece is the one who dug up the grave or gave the order to do so but Garrett doesn’t know Cece or at least I think he doesn’t because I haven’t never heard him or Cece speak about each or have any scenes together.

No because I just got to Season 7 episode 19 in my 14th rewatch and the scene it happens in, and I actually cannot understand or even fathom WHO thought that that was a good line. Genuinely who came up with that and who approved it because like WHAT. It doesn't make sense out of context OR in context. I will never understand the justification of that line.

Currently rewatching for the first time in a while and I’m on episode 16 season 4.

Emily met an alive Alison and I feel like her reaction towards Spencer was way too much. I think everything Spencer said about what Alison was doing was 100% right.

Emily screaming and acting that way was unnecessary and just not needed for a friend that had been out of her life for almost 2 years compared to a very very close friend.

I don’t know I feel like Emily is mentally very far removed from what Alison is genuinely like.

and all i can say is.. what the hell was that last season!!? i swore i’d watched the whole series but if i did i must’ve blocked out S6B & S7 completely. the whole last season was so hard to watch, why didn’t they just stop after the dollhouse?? 😭 i mean im glad all of the liars got a happy ending but i never wanna see >!Spencer and Caleb!< flirting on my tv or >!Ali and Emily in a forced relationship/forced pregnancy!< again 😤

Pretty much the title. To me 6x10 already broke the show and my hopes for it into tiny piece but Charlotte could have been actually a sick villian as 7x19 showed! They just really wasted it they clrearly had no idea for other characters anymore to be the villians considering they made someone's twin be the finale answer, lame.

Imagine actually having a big load of episodes where it's not just looking for clues but more slasher-y and having somebody who we know is a mastermind pulling the strings.

idk just seems like a wasted potential imo. plus with cece being revealed as trans and then killing the one trans character seems pretty lame.

So, I used to be in love with this show when it first came out, but… has anyone else noticed they’re romanticizing statutory rape? Arya & Spencer. I can’t get past it, and I’m only on the first season of my rewatch. Not sure I’ll be finishing it.

Im asking this cause I think she was the perfect option to be the first "A" cause I dont see any other character that the writers could've choose to be the first "A". Maybe Ezra cause I thought he was "A" when I was watching the first 2 seasons. Jenna would've been a cool "A" cause the only character that cant see is actually the one that sees everything that people do(sorry for the error, Jenna is blind she cant hear, not see).
