MONTHLY WIPE.

I tried this one out last month without much success. Wipe day was fine but after half a week activity sort of declined and everything drifted apart. Hoping this will be different. If you are not familiar with village building then that makes two of us. I am still figuring stuff out but the idea is to have multiple bases inside of a compound and occasionally help each other out when needed.

We mostly play US Rusty Moose monthly/small/biweekly as a small group. For our main wipes, we play monthly for 7-10 days and then play bi weekly 4-5 days. We do play modded sometimes on an off wipe week if we are feeling up to playing more.

Activity

Since we only play 2 main wipes per month, its mandatory that you can be on at wipe time and play those wipes through. We typically play a ton on the first 3-4 days of wipe, roughly from 3 pm est until midnight. We do play a little less during the week while wipe is still going but we still play enough to keep our wipe and goals going. From someone will a full family, adulting completely understood, this is where communication comes into play to let your teammates know you need to take breaks or have plans that disallow you to play certain days/times during our wipes. I do expect you to be motivated enough to play even if teammates are not on for the betterment of the team and wipe. Nothing is worse than the guy who waits for everyone to get on before he gets on.

I am a solo looking for a new team, I am good at farming, med in building, and ok at pvp. I am also 15 and can handle jokes

I am 32, about to reach 600 hours and I want to try and start putting together a core group to play with. This will be a lengthy post so I will summarize to start:

• Ages 25-40 most desired
• Vanilla, medium pop servers
• No 1-week wipes
• Put in hours early wipe
• Fun + Smart
• Be willing to play a (loose) role

I have played with a couple of groups but have found the younger players frustrating. I want to put together a team of older guys. We have more similar interests, so more to talk about. We tend to play a slower game, though a good PVP'er or two will be sought after for this team. My ideas on how the team might play are below:

Hours:

We are older, we all understand the demands of life. However, we should all be able to contribute decent hours at wipe to get established. These times should be coordinated so we have strength in numbers.

Playstyle:

We should be flexible, taking what we can get, most importantly finding ways to have fun.

We should start by gathering resources and building infrastructure early wipe. We should secure an area where we can move somewhat freely, because it sucks when you can't. We do this by being early.

Once well established we'll conduct well-planned largish raids. I have fun scouting targets and putting in plan and prep. Maybe we top down with a scrappy, maybe we build a raid base, definitely a couple different vehicles (camper van and loot car, or something)

Size & Roles:

I am uncertain how large the group should be, but my opinion is strength in numbers... we should take as many good men as we can manage.

Farmers:

I don't want to have dedicated farmers, necessarily. Often times the least experienced player ends up farming, and that's fine, but it sucks when it's your responsibility to keep a box full of wood. We'll all work together to make sure that happens.

Farming will be a priority for EVERYONE early wipe.

Builder:

As mentioned above I build auto farms, but am not an incredible base designer... mine aren't symmetrical =D

I think defensible bases should be a priority, and I like to rely on turrets.

One thing I want to mention is bases should be comfy, perhaps even dedicating small areas to simply chilling. I don't mean role-play, I'm just saying sometimes you end up just screwing around in base.

I know defensible and comfy don't always work well together, we'll talk about it.
