Most importantly, I can't be relied on. I just don't have the time to grind full wipes, or even be on every week. But, if you're looking for a good player who was once very good, I can contribute in all ways when I do hop on. Never toxic, super positive, have ran large groups in the past, and have never insided or caused friction. Just love and miss the game.

If I could play 10 hours a day still, I'm the type that will zero to hero all day long for that one play come up, but in group settings I can see what needs done and work on doing it.

Yo what's up, I'm DOC, USA/35yo/20k+ hours. We are a few expanding to an active 5-6. I've been playing Rust and leading groups since early 2015. Love playing high pop official wipes with a couple grinders who can mesh, excel, and make it happen! I work from home about 25-30 hours a week so I'm flexible and have extra time to play. Looking for experienced adults who have time to grind, do it all, and are good at the game.

Servers

We mostly play US Rusty Moose monthly/biweekly as a small group. For our main wipes, we play monthly for 7-10 days and then play bi weekly 4-5 days. We do play modded sometimes on an off wipe week if we are feeling up to playing more.

Activity

Since we only play 2 main wipes per month, its mandatory that you can be on at wipe time and play those wipes through. We typically play a ton on the first 3-4 days of wipe, roughly from 3 pm est until midnight. We do play a little less during the week while wipe is still going but we still play enough to keep our wipe and goals going. From someone will a full family, adulting completely understood, this is where communication comes into play to let your teammates know you need to take breaks or have plans that disallow you to play certain days/times during our wipes.

Playstyle

Quality over quantity. Great bases for the cost that can prevent offlines and onlines. Pvp/Raid oriented without losing focus of our goals. Huge on survival and progression against the odds. We do focus setup on the first 1-2 days of wipe with realizing we will get tons of natural PvP on high pop just by farming and running monuments. We typically try to do multiple wipe night raids. We play to get rich, then roam and raid as much as possible.

Requirements:

-28yo and 3k hours minimum

-Active, can play a lot during wipes

I (30+ M, EU) play the game a little differently than others. In my 1300+ hours I rarely did PVP.

I love building up crazy free hand bases (like cozy rock bases) and do a little farming in them (getting a god clone and producing cloth and teas)... most of the time I just use the ore teas to farm upkeep and chill in base and play with industrial + electric. (This wipe I logged out to 640 explosives on a duo server, because I don't PvP as I said.)

But it must be mentioned I play on low pop server, so I'm no farmbot (mainly because I don't do PVP and so I die if I meet someone out there while farming.

If you are an older/mature group (please a more chill, non yelling enviroment), who are willing to open their doors for me and need someone to fill their planters, I would be down to try that. (also Ore smelter automation, automatic med crafting, maybe industrial base sorting and stuff like that also)

I speak German and enough English to communicate (I understand it perfectly, but sometimes have trouble finding the right words, so it's a little wonky from time to time.)

I'm prefering a Vanilla server, so it feels like achieving something.

In terms of shooting - as I said - I rarely did PvP but shooters in general are nothing new to me (like 5000+ hours combined in games like CS, PUBG, COD etc.), so I know how to put the mouse cursor to someones head.

But in the past I just did not in Rust because I have to much empathy and feel bad, when ruining other peoples day. I'm to soft for general Rust ^^

In terms of age I know I'm like 10 years older than the Rust playerbase, but since I'm cronically online I know some of the memes you fellow kids use. So I'm not completely lost in communication.

So yeah... it's nothing permanent. When I'm working I don't have time for such a big commitment, but right now I have some free days and I would like to try something new!
