he waited all night at the door for people to show up!! so cute

I have never owned a cat before, and I got my orange boy Lucky. I know orange cats have their quirks but this cat is…..odd. So far he likes to run into walls and doors for fun, falls off the bed, refuses to clean his dingleberries and expects me to clean him, licks his litter box and then stares at me with what I can only describe as a look of pure stupidity, puts his paws in the toilet, thinks his water bowls are toys to the point i have to keep them in the sink so he doesn’t tip it over, was upset at me one day that I left before feeding him breakfast and left a dew dew on the floor, and likes to lick my dog’s earwax. Can someone tell me if this is expected of an orange cat or did I get stuck with a really weird cat?
