I've tried every known method on the internet to try to get the iCloud passwords extension to work (like installing it on chrome before on opera) but nothing works. It keeps on telling me to download the app and sync it, which I've done and doesn't work. Opera is a chromium browser, so does anyone know a way to trick the app and extension into thinking that Opera is chrome, or another workaround?
Is there any Extension that would work as a sound limiter, sometimes while watching something suddenly some loud sound is comes by ruining the mood. A Extension that can limit the level of sound that it would output at the same level or can set a maximum level to it.
Anyone customize the start page with Tabliss please

So I can't even find the old Firefox apps I used anymore to show you as an example - But I used to have an extension for Firefox where if you held your right mouse button while hovering over a photo, you could zoom in or out of the photo using your mouse scroll wheel. It was called "Imagezoom", im pretty sure. I'm trying to find something similar for Opera now.
For the record, extensions like Image Max URL, Hoverzoom, Imagus, imgtip etc. are not what I'm looking for. They basically just give you a preview of the image in it's full, original size - you can't zoom a photo so it's bigger or smaller than it's original size (so without the extension i want, you gotta open the photo in a new tab by itself to zoom in or out. I want to be able to make the image bigger on the original page, without zooming the rest of the page)
Anyhow, does anyone have any suggestions?
im making the switch from chrome and i use an image preview extension like hoverzooom/imagus all the time in chrome. does opera have a similar extension?
I'm currently trying Opera - coming from Firefox. Everything works well, there are a few things that I prefer over Firefox which may lead me to use it as a standard browser in the future.
But one thing I am dearly missing is an autocopy extension. Just marking a text and having it automatically copied makes things so much easier. Unfortunately I haven't found anything in Opera. Any ideas where I can find it?
Thanks in advance!
Is there any android tablet device where I can download and use opera desktop full version with extensions, like I use opera on my windows desktop? or any tablet what allows opera to have full acces to opera extensions?
is there any extension like the In-built one (for twitter and Discord etc)
Is there an add-on/extension that lets me use an mp4 animated/live wallpaper without making a zip file that needs a lot more work?
I'm of a reasonable age and maturity to not be restricted by parental controls on a browser. My dad forces me to use Safari because of 'parental controls' (I checked and he literally didn't even turn them on for my user), and I would really like to switch over to Opera, but he won't do it unless there are parental controls, through an addon or built in. Any suggestions?
I am very new to Opera and have only been using it for a few months. I'm not sure if I am the only one looking for this but I have been trying to find an extension that works like Chromes tab grouping feature. I've already tried looking at the Chrome web store and Opera addons for an extension that does something similar. As of right now, I cant seem to find one that works. I also tried looking at forums for answers but I didn't find anything other than information about workspaces.
As a student, I usually have an ungodly amount of tabs open. Honestly, it's so bad it's embarrassing. Workspaces have been pretty helpful but I just really need a way for me to group my tabs. So if anyone knows a good extension that works, it would be really nice if they could help.
For you who remember the pocket extension that was on the Firefox addons store (read it later) that let you see the list of pocketed links and manage them?
Before Mozilla bought Pocket and replaced the amazing addon with a button that only saves to pocket
After switching from Firefox I missed it so much I decided to make one (perks of being a developer) I've been using it for some time then decided to share it with the world so others can use it
If anyone is interested Pocket Legacy
Would love to hear any feedbacks :)
I used to have a user agent switcher that worked perfectly. But then after days of fun and laughing Opera called it "dangerous" and a piece of malware and I am now unable to use it. I need to use it for certaint websites that require Chrome or Firefox so why did it call it malware suddenly? Like why? Is it because it changes the way Opera functions? Tell me your reasons why in the comments below.
Basically, I use Opera on my phone, and mostly Chrome on my laptop because that allows me to have my preferred experiences with the browsers (experimenting with Opera GX, but I'm not convinced it'll become my main browser), and I have a lot of bookmarks on both. Is there anything that can allow me to share bookmarks between the two browsers so I can easily access stuff between my phone and laptop?
Side question: is there anything that can let me access my Flow in Chrome? Would be nice as well.
Hey everyone,
I've built a Opera extension to quickly send files to someone else. For example, when you can't upload a certain file to messenger or send by email.
It's called Envelop and you can try it out here: https://addons.opera.com/extensions/details/envelop/
It's built on top of the Blockstack platform, where you can choose where your files are uploaded to. And they're offering free unlimited storage to all new users.
Let me know if you have feedback :) Thanks!
I keep seeing that Opera started supporting extensions on mobile like 4 years ago, but I can't figure out how to actually install them. I go to the Opera webstore and it tells me I need to install opera for desktop, which of course defeats the point.
What I would really like is a large player mode (where it resizes the video to the browser window) for embedded videos.
Wanting to try out Opera and looking for similar extensions that I didn't find on my first search that I use on other browsers. Mainly an rss reader like Feedbro which is a standalone reader, doesn't rely on a site like Feedly. And Dark reader, something that will turn every website into a dark theme.

Hi this is my first post on this issue but for those of you out there with avast and running opera browser please pay attention. If you happen to have such a setup and are wondering why you cannot access vpn services its very simple. simply scroll down to your avast quick settings by right clicking the avast icon and select disable avast shield controls for 10 minutes. Than open your opera browser click on the vpn icon top left of the screen and voilĂ vpn services again working..lastly go back and enable your avast services and you should have no more issues. thank you hope this helps. whytfrd
Is it possible to have a transparent opera start page?
UI would allow pressing on open window, desktop icons or anything "behind" the start page tab.
Just a thought.
