Why is that shows these days are either super cheesy like, “nobody wants this,”or you can tell they’re reading their lines??? They just aren’t as great as breaking bad, the 100, pen 15 and all the long ago greats!
Why aren't there 15 - 20 minutes season recaps available on Netflix? It make you revise the important storyline scenes and makes you ready for the next season.
Recently, I wanted to watch S2 of Witcher and found beautifully made recap of S1.
Is there any specific YouTube channel where I can get those season recaps in 4K (or at least 1080p).
I want it for Sex Education, Lincoln Lawyer, Blacklist, The Protector, etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
I have watched a man called otto and the terminal, both with Tom Hanks. I love those kinds of movies, that are a little sad but also gives you happy tears. The type of movies that remind you there a good people in this world too.
In the show nobody wants this, does anyone know how many months they’ve been together?
my attention span is fucked and if the show isn't interesting within 30 mins i cannot watch anymore so pls help me find something
here are the shows i really liked:
modern family 10/10

Looking for seriously scary movie or show. Don't like the sudden screams and such.
I watched the haunting of hill house, and it was meh. Give me something scary please.
Update: I have these streaming services: Netflix, Peacock, HBO with ad, and Amazon prime as well.
I want something close to real life, something to scare me so much to not be able to sleep with the lights off. I assume exorcist would be a good candidate, but I've watched most of them in the past.
Watching Marianne right now. I'll update my opinion in here once finished.
I am looking for some recommendations. I've included a list of shows that I have really loved and hope to find more similar shows on Netflix.
A Perfect couple

Big little lies
Little fires everywhere

I’m going on a trip soon and love to get in the mood for it :)
I love to watch episodic crime solving shows but not the usual ones. They have to have fantasy premises. For example:
Lucifer. Episodic detective show with supernatural elements (male lead is the devil).
iZombie. Episodic detective show with fantasy/sci-fi elements (female lead is a zombie).
Continuum. Mostly episodic cop show with sci-fi elements (female lead is a time traveller).
I know it's weirdly specific but these kinds of shows are hard to come by, do you have any suggestions? Preferably with a female lead.
Netflix is optimal but other platforms are okay.
Edit:
Thanks everyone for making suggestions. But there are few things to clarify. In my current state I can only watch epsodic shows, where each episode is just another crime that need to be solved, with a few main arc plot advancements. Serial shows that depict a integral story arc like Dark, Resident Alien and The Devil's Hour are not what I'm currenly looking for.
Also, since I'm looking for cop and detective show with a supernatual/sci-fi premise. Not purely supernatural/scifi show. By that I mean people using supernatrual or sci-fi ability or tools to solve mundane everyday cases in modern times, not those specialize on supernatrual cases or happens in sci-fi future/cyperpunk settings.
So far, the only ones that fits those criterias are Forever and The Dead Zone. I really liked Forever but too bad it got cancelled.
It seems like this kind of television are quite rare.
A horror/spooky movies or series you'd give a 10/10
I love scary, ghost movies , especially international horror movies or movies that bring in cultural or religious aspect as it makes it more believable.eg: Exorcism of Emily Rose
Mostly don't prefer gore because a lot of movies put it even when it's not required.
I'm curious to know your list, the one that sent chills down your spine or gave you chicken skin.
My list:
Exorcism of Emily rose, Ring, Grudge, The Descent, Bhoothkalam, Grave Encounters.
I was disappointed in this season's "Monsters." The creators added scenes that seemed like it was only to create some buzz or ratings. For instance, The brothers were depicted as two siblings who may have had a romantic relationship. It was shown when they kissed each other and there seemed to be some type of sexual tension between them. This made question whether or not I wanted to finish the show and how much the creators may have exaggerated the story.
I know Dominick Dunne discussed his theories about the what may have caused the brothers to kill their parents and one of them was being romantically involved with each other, but Dunne isn't introduced until later in the series. I actually felt sorry for him when he told his story about his daughter's death.
I also found it difficult to have sympathy towards the brothers. The way this show is written makes it seem as if they're both sociopaths who killed their parents because they thought they could get away with it. Especially, with Lyle's scenes where he's constantly trying to manipulate his friends into lying about being abused by his parents.
Then there was the final clip of the parents on that boat. It made them seem as though they were innocent and had no intentions of harming their children.
I don't think their parents deserved to be murdered or killed by their children. They should have been put prison for life or given the death penalty.
Overall, I'd give it a 6/10.
What do you think the "boys" should have been charged with?"
I've been on a massive TV binge lately, and I would like to know what you guys consider to be a perfect show. ( All platform not just netflix)
I think the boys are innocent, in so far as that they are victims and acted in self defense. I think the prosecutor is an evil woman.
What is your guys's honest opinions on "The Crown?"
For context, Rick and Morty is my favorite show of all time, but I specifically really like the sad episodes, like the old man toilet seat one or just any of them about Rick being lonely and mentally ill because it is relatable. I like adult animation in general, but ones that are just for laughs without any kind of meaning, character development, or depth, like the simpsons or family guy, can get stale after a bit for me. I'm starting bojack horsman rn because, from the little I have heard, it might fill this need, but idk if that is true or if there are better options for what I want.
Im looking for good Crime or True Crime show dont need to be only netflix
The conflict was given even before the romance began between Noah and Joanne. But to have that kind of chemistry between two people is very rare and special. If you’re in that same situation what would you do after you put down your ice cream and after that magical kiss?
Hi Out of the box but I have started re watching Indian Matchmaking. I checked online all the people appeared in s1,2 and 3. None of the people got married although all seems to be in their late 30s Pradhyuman for married but again got divorced. What could be possible reason? Is marriage today s world is that difficult or nowadays people are not ready to adjust? What's your opinion??
It's the winter in my region and I am excited for Xmas already!! Does Netflix have any good movie to watch for this season?
Is this show kid friendly? Looking for a show to watch in the background while my kids (9 and under) are home. Is it worth watching?

I watched it and now I am so much confused. Please someone just tell me all the symbols in the movie and explain me the ending??? Where is the pit and what is the place??? What is the message behind this??
Found it by accident and it's hilarious and a good way to wind down. The English dubbing isn't too bad as well. Has anyone else watched it? Curious if there's more like this show to recommend please.
I enjoyed the philosophy behind The Good Place and I am yet to come across another series as interesting and fun.
I actually feel bored very fast and i'm in a short holiday soo..
Hey all I’m a real true crime junkie and I’m on my 1000th rewatch of the mindhunter I was wondering if there are more such series/movies where they decode a criminals mindset?
