This is a list of text-based IF’s (Interactive Fiction) that I and another user from itch.io, xSai or Bladed-Barbwire on Discord, made on itch.io, and I thought I’d share this here with you guys in case anyone is interested. All the credit goes to xSai for coming up with the idea. Also, note that, neither I nor xSai own the rights to any of these IF's; we are just recommending them to people as we believe they deserve more recognition and people might actually end up enjoying them. The list was made on itch.io and so, unfortunately, will have to be accessed from there for anyone wanting to access them from here. The list also had to be split into separate parts as we ran out of characters to use. All the IF’s are completely text-based, a few using some visuals and/or images, but none of them are full Visual Novels. Almost all of the IF's are made in Twine, with a few being made in ChoiceScript, Ren'py, or some other engine. Most of the IF's are free-to-play, some are pay-to-play, and some are free until they're completed and/or a price is decided. Some of the IF's have extra DLC's or bonus side content on their itch.io page or on the author's patreon, which are either free-to-play or pay-to-play. Most of the IF's can be played in a browser (works best in the itch.io app, Chrome, Firefox and some other browsers. Not guaranteed to work in every browser) with some also having a download option, but there are some IF's that only have a download option and no browser one. Most of the IF's can be played on PC and mobile, but some are not compatible for mobile. A lot of the IF's are also unfinished WIP's (Work In Progress); some of them are already completed, close to completion, just started, or may have been discontinued. Some of the links of the IF's also don't work, stop working for a while before working again, or ask for a password to access; perhaps due to being discontinued, shut down for maintenance, or for some other reason. We will continue to keep updating the list as we find more IF’s. We also have a discord server, a subreddit, a tumblr blog, and a cohost page dedicated just for this. If you, or anyone else have any IF’s you want to recommend, feel free to share them on here, the three itch.io topics, the discord server, the subreddit, the tumblr blog, or the cohost page (They have to be text-based IF’s from itch.io and need to have at least some kind of interactivity. IF’s from other sites, Visual Novels, or some other type of game will not be accepted). Or if you just want to talk, or ask me for some suggestions on which IF's to try, then feel free to do that as well. Anyway, thank you for your time, and I hope you have a good day, folks. Cheers!

(This place deserves more on-topic content. Here goes...)
Barbara is the bodyguard of the fabulously wealthy, aged Baron Saveze, raised since birth to fight his duels. It's a man's game, and she beats them all at it. Literally.
Margerit is a shy, bookish orphan. She dreams longingly of the day society declares her too old for marriage so she can fade gracefully into spinsterhood.
Daughter of Mystery is both fantasy with a detailed magical system and a Regency-ish lesbian romance. Magic and romance are introduced super slowly, which I loved. I experienced the characters' discovery of and growth into both.
By the end of this book I'd grown very attached to both the main characters and their allies. Alpennia feels like a very real place, full of languages and culture and political intrigue. And, of course, women who "achieve eccentricity".
I sense it was originally written as a standalone, with all loose ends wrapped up. Luckily the series continues with three more books! Recommended!
By that of course I'm referring to stuff like SU, SPOP and TOH (there's more, these are just the big ones) and as most of those have ended and TOH is ending next year I felt like I wanted to make a new cartoon to fill that "slot" but I've seen so much of those kinds of shows I can't think of an original plot so I need some help having more to go on than just "fantasy but not high fantasy proper but make it gay"
Hey you all!
I created an European Lesbian Discord server! If anyone wants to join my (18+) server and is from Europe, feel free to do so! We already have people from different European countries on the server! Here's the link: https://discord.gg/TDPqA7X
Why I ask is I'm a screenwriter who (if that show's still making new episodes, I've heard about 5 false alarms in different years that it's ending) has an idea to introduce a gay (would have to be wlw because they already have a male gay teacher) kid character to the cartoon Arthur but when I asked my little sister (a fan) about it she said that if they're "in eternal elementary school" that'd be too young to be thinking about relationships (when the show has had episodes centering around the idea (as none have become a couple) of het relationships among the kids so why should queerness be any different). She also said that the only way PBSKids could let gay protagonists slip by the radar if they let them at all was on shows meant for older kids like Wild Kratts or Cyberchase and the only way Arthur could have another gay character was if either it was another adult (I want to help gay kids not feel alone) or someone DW's age with almost-literal "baby gay" feelings presenting them in the exaggerated way DW sometimes does with heterosexual attraction in episodes like Kiss And Tell or DW Unties The Knot
IMHO if Arthur can get away with talking about heavy issues like 9/11 (which they did allegorically through the episode April 9th, the one about the school fire), cancer, Alzheimers, and even have an episode (The Pride Of Lakewood) that was basically a somewhat-detail-altered-more-kid-friendly version of the book/movie The Wave, I think they can handle fourth grade lesbianism where it never goes further than hand-holding, the most awkward and hesitant of kisses, and verbal declarations of love (but they still call each other girlfriends because of media influence or whatever)?
The two gay Overwatch heroes both have had same-sex love interests who aren't playable characters (Soldier 76 with Vincent and Tracer with Emily), the first time we get a clearly-confirmed-gay Planeswalker in the Magic: The Gathering lore his boyfriend isn't another Planeswalker, and this pattern has gone all the way back to when Marvel hero Northstar had the first gay wedding in comics and it wasn't with another superhero. I just want to know why this is/why writers of media that is some degree of "superhero story" are so afraid of having Battle Couples that I can only name two same-sex couples of actual superheroes proper (excluding Harley and Ivy because of their ambiguous morals); Karolina and Xavin from Runaways and Apollo and The Midnighter from The Authority.
