For me it was 2014 warped tour, I was 17 (now 27) and me and my best friend, barely made it to the meet and greet line, but where told we didn't make it. so we casually (not low-key at all) waited by the tent, then we waited for them to walk back to their bus, and rushed Chris before he got to the restricted area, and he actually stopped! We told him thank you for making awesome music that inspired us to shred šø then he shook our hands and thanked us, me and my friend both looked at each other and whooaa'd promising we would never wash that hand for it had been blessed š We allso met chenzo outside the venue in our city one time he was super chill, we told him we were looking for a couple of tickets because they had sold out while we where in school. He called over one of the stage crew dudes and he sold us two tickets right there. Good times.
So Iām waaaayyyyyyyy in advance here, but my fiancĆ© and I are going to see MIW in August when they come to the EU. Iāve been a fan for about a year when I discovered Cyberhex and STEOTW, and know most of the bigger and most recent songs quite well, but my fiancĆ© doesnāt know them very well at all yet.
I want to put a playlist together of what theyāre likely to play when they come to the EU, but Iām not sure what to expect. Looking on setlist fm they seem to change up the set lists fairly frequently. Anybody have any suggestions what I should be adding to my playlist?
So far Iāve got (In no particular order):
Cyberhex, Slaughterhouse, Meltdown, Sign of Life, STEOTW, Disguise, Another life, Reincarnate, Soft, and Voices
My local radio station plays this version of Sign of Life that is "clean" I guess? It lacks the breakdown and most of the screaming and echoing vocals and instead screaming "I'll scratch my nails through this coffin" he more of says it. I wanna show my friend but cannot find it anywhere!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WTe9YpVbeTcDoes anyone know where I can find the background graphic or the artist that made this graphic during "Scoring The End Of The World" live? Looking mainly for the beginning part which each of the players' Cyberhexxed outfit. It looks sick and I would love to have it. Same for City Lights.
**not to say that Graveyard Shift is a bad album, just kinda meh compared to the rest of their catalogue XD
I'm going to the show on May 4th to see motionless in white in New bransfules and was wondering if I could make some friends beforehand this is my first concert (So please be nice) 21+
So I recently heard the quote āIāll show you who I am and what I amā from the classic invisible man movie and I know for sure Iāve heard it in a motionless song but I canāt find the song to save my life, does anyone know it?
As per title I guess š thanks
Edit: Thanks for the recommendations everyone š¤
Does anyone have any of the jackets XL or large for sale? Hmu or message me
Comment or leave me a message if you want them! All resales go through Ticketmaster not me just selling them to you
STEOTW came out in 2022... Chris' instagram says he's working on the next album... what timeline do we think?
when I was around 10, I have this very distinct memory of me in my closet with a flashlight telling scary stories to my cousin. the reason I did that was because the album cover art for creatures inspired me because it was creepy. everytime I see the album cover I always remember that memory.
the creepy story I told was "someone working in the graveyard died". this was around 2019, so it's not like miw just came out. I'm genuinely confused because I realised I knew what miw before becoming a full blown fan? does that count as being a fan for 5 years? I started listening to them when I was 12 and now I'm 15. idfk man, shits crazy
I just realized the nickname for the reddit calls us "puppets" but I thought we were called "creatures" ?
Hello all!
Hopefully this is approved, but can anyone point me in the right direction. I am currently in the market for a nicer coat, and Iāve got my eyes on the peacoat Chris wore in the Werewolf music video. Iāve found a few similar variations, but not exactly the one. Could anyone recommend a brand close to his? Iād greatly appreciate it.
Thank you!
**just for clarity, I LOVE graveyard shift, but it doesnāt compare as well to their other albums. Also, I donāt think that āexperimentalā is a bad thing at all when it comes to Infamous, just that the introduction of the āMarilyn Manson-esqueā elements was a shift in their sound
That's what happened to me with Hollow Points, Hourglass, 570, Dark Passenger, and Destroying Everything, haha.. I love all of those songs a ton now, they're all amazing but I used to hate them so much lmao.
Hey I got an autographed MIW poster from mayhem fest 2013, I went to SPAC as a teenager with my brother. Recently moved into my new apt and found it when I was moving. I donāt plan on selling it due to sentimental value. My friend offered 200 for it but I feel like thatās an unfair price/not that rareš¤·š»āāļø thoughts?
Mine would be the final scream of āHow could you?ā in Abigail. Itās fucking FILTHYY
So happy theyāre coming to EP!!!
Looking for one or two balcony seats for the Houston show at Whiteoak on May 5th. Please help!
underground or more well known, what are some albums with that creatures feel?
I can't find the answer to this anywhere, does anyone know which movie/s are sampled in the song Dead as Fuck? Thank you in advance! š
