I’m looking into buying a 2008 Honda CB750F while stationed in Japan but I would want to ship it back to the states. Has anyone successfully shipped a bike under 25 years old in HHG and waited until the bike hits 25 years old to register it for the road? I wonder if that’s possible.
Just got a new dirtbike, and my first time having one while in the Military. What courses (if any) do I need to take to be within the standard to ride and not get in trouble? I’m Army BTW if that makes a difference. I have read AR 385-10 a hundred times and I can’t figure it out for the life of me. Thanks in advance.
Hi I’m new here and had a question that I was hoping someone smarter than me might know. I am active duty currently stationed in California and I want to start riding but don’t have a motorcycle license. I am a Florida resident with a Florida drivers license. I am about to take the BRC out here in California but I don’t know how to actually get my license after the course. Will I have to fly back to Florida to show them I completed the BRC or can I get a California motorcycle only license? Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
as the title states i was simply moving my bike to a different parking spot to make room in the main area of the lot for cars as everyone parks where my bike was during pt. long story short I didn't have my helmet on and my 1SG saw me moving it, he asked why I didn't have a helmet on and I explained that yes I should've had my helmet on but I was moving the bike a mere 20 feet in a parking lot, thinking that that would be the end of that I just got a text that I need to go see him in the morning. I've been looking through army policies and I cant seem to find that you need a helmet on in a parking lot. if anyone could help me build a case for this I would appreciate that. I thought that this subreddit would be the best place to ask for this.
I'll be riding to a funeral in Arlington from Campbell. I'm pretty sure I'll be expected to appear in ASUs for the service. I'd love to hear some tips for packing the uniform and general info about Arlington funerals, as I've never been to one. TIA
Anyone near the Monterey area? There is some beautiful country out here and I’d like to get a group to go out and ride.
former military and relatively new to the area and figured I'd see if anyone is up for group rides in the SD area
Hey guys
When I saw this sub I was keen, but not a lot seems to be going on. Would anyone else be keen on turing it into something (anything)?
I'm keen as this seems like my kind of sub
Any thoughts?
Every time I role up to the gate I either have to pull over to the side & switch gloves just so I'll be able to pull my CAC out of my pocket. Is there another way you go about doing this?
This is a brand new subreddit, geared towards military members of all components who are also motorcycle riders.
