Rules of /r/Knife_Swap:
1. Mods have final say over any perceived grey areas in the rules. Ignorance of the rules is not a valid defense for breaking rules. If a trade goes bad, message the mod team with what happened and proof. Click the little envelope by the list of the moderators to message modmail. Additionally, please do not post [META] posts without mod approval. Submitting links to Ebay, trading/selling forums or other external venues are not allowed.
2. Until you have Junior Trader flair (1 flair), you may only post one knife at a time for sale or trade. This does not mean you can post multiple threads, each with one knife. If this knife does not sell, you may post a new knife after seven days. You also can drop the price on the currently listed knife (see rule 9 below) Sellers with flair may list as many knives as they want in a single post. Excessive listing spam will be removed.
3. Every post requires a single TIMESTAMP to show the items are in your possession, which is at least one photo of all item(s) that you are posting, with something with your reddit username and the CURRENT date handwritten (not digital) and shows any visible problems with the item(s). Please try to use pictures showing any wear, but also note that your description carries more weight than pictures. If you have multiple items, please try to include them all in one timestamp photo if at all possible.
4. Format the title of your post along the lines of [WTT] (Trade), [WTS] (Sell), Make and Model of Knives you are selling- as an example, [WTS] Hinderer XM-18 3.0 Spanto, Quietcarry Waypoint.
Every post requires a detailed description. Failure to adequately describe your knife will result in mandatory partial or full refunds. A detailed description should include, at a minimum, if it's been sharpened, if it's dull/chipped, any use or wear, approximate number of owners, centering/lockup, scratches/snails, if it comes with the box/papers/accessories that one could reasonably expect from the factory, mods, etc... We cannot emphasize this enough. Here's an easy template you can copy and paste into your post:
Edge Condition: Factory/Sharpened (by who)/any edge damage like chips/currently sharp or dull
Ownership: First/Second/Unknown (At least Second)
Centering/Lockup: PICTURES, lockup percentage, centering
Body Condition: PICTURES, snail trails, scratches, screw damage, loctite, use/wear
Box, papers, and accessories: Do you have everything that normally comes with it, e.g. a COA, CRK cloth, extra hardware, lanyard tube with lanyard? Or what's missing?
Modifications: None/Reversible/Irreversible/Anodization
Disassembled: Never/Yes/by someone else
5. Users under 25 flair MUST use Paypal Goods & Services for selling a knife, and under NO circumstances can take non-PP G&S. Buyers do not need to be over 25 flair to PAY via other non-G&S methods (unless the seller has less than 25 flair). Users under 25 flair found to be requesting non-G&S methods will receive temporary bans as punishment. Please report any users requesting non-G&S under 25 flair. This rule exists for buyer protection.
6. All prices must include the cost of shipping (AS WELL AS INSURANCE), and any Paypal or other fees. This means you are responsible for anything you ship until it is received by the buyer, unless agreed upon otherwise. International users assume liability unless stated otherwise. It’s for these reasons we HIGHLY encourage the use of shipping insurance.
7. DO NOT DELETE POSTS. If you have a typo in your title, you have a 10 minute grace period in which you can delete and repost, after that point you may not delete your post and must only edit the body of your post to clarify any mistakes. (Mods can not edit titles)
Once a sale is complete, it is mandatory to leave the prices listed in the post.
8. When you complete (all items are delivered) a trade, sale, or purchase, be sure to use the confirmed transaction bot to get your appropriate flair. Click here to learn more. You can only receive flair for trades that originate within /r/knife_swap (a post or WTB thread comment).
9. Do not ask exorbitant prices for a knife. All knives here are technically used, we do not recommend asking MSRP or a price where it will be cheaper elsewhere. YOU WILL BE CALLED OUT ON THIS BY MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY! That said, please do not dogpile somebody over this and be respectful. This rule ties heavily into not being a dick.

10. When you post a knife and it does not sell (or get traded) and you wish to repost it, you must reduce the price (or trade value) by 10% or $25, at the seller's discretion. If you would like to repost your knife for the same price (without reduction), you may only post it again after one week.
11. Sales must be at least half knives (or explicitly knife-related goods like pocket clips or scales) in both total post value and number. One to one ratio of knives to gear is the maximum. Total value of the gear cannot be higher in value than the value of the knives. Clear attempts to circumvent will be removed and you will receive a temp ban for attempting to circumvent the rules. Bundles count as the number of items in the bundle, not as one "item". Use /r/EDCexchange for your gear!
12. Want to buy a certain knife? There are weekly WTB threads posted by a moderator where you can post what you are looking for. Individual WTB threads will be removed and you'll be directed to the WTB thread. Please only post in the WTB thread once every two days maximum to avoid unnecessary spam.
13. Don't be a dick. Please use common etiquette when interacting with other swappers. Reply to offers and be respectful. Harassing and insulting will not be tolerated from any party. The moderators will use their judgement- escalation of a disagreement is absolutely considered a violation of this rule.
14. We require all users who use Package Forwarding Companies (PFC) that ship out of the country to disclose this PRIOR TO a payment to a seller. Buyers using PFCs are only permitted to buy from sellers with >25 flair, and can only pay via PP FF / Zelle / Venmo. Furthermore, any buyer who uses a PFC must note that the seller is not responsible for the package as soon as it's shipped. We highly recommend contacting the mod team prior to shipping to a PFC.
15. Once payment is sent, the deal is considered finalized. Refunding because of receiving a higher offer is not allowed. Refunds at this point require mod approval.

Discontinued Custom Benchmade Mel Pardue Griptilian 550-1 w/ Carbon Fiber DeathGrip Scales and Lynch Clip
This is one of my favorite knives, if not my all-time favorite. It started out as a 550BK-1 so it has the black coated 20CV blade. It's hard to find the 550-1 series anymore, let alone the black versions. Blade shows a little bit of wear on the coating, but nothing crazy. You can tell it's been used a tiny bit, but it's in great shape with a very nice edge up to 1,000 on the Wicked Edge. It's also fitted with Ryan's (DeathGrip) slim version carbon fiber scales with the micro-milling texture. Absolutely love this knife, and I think the grey Lynch Clip ties in the carbon fiber with everything very well.
This particular set of scales alone is $140 from DeathGrip, and he's not even making scales again until sometime this spring. The 550-1 usually goes for $150 around here. So that's 290, subtract saayyy 40 for not having the original G10 scales anymore but add back in 20 for the Lynch and we're still at 270!
I'll do SV $200 to give someone a good deal.
Also, just as a side-note and comparison, Benchmade DOES offer the 20CV blades for the 550 again, but only in the custom shop and they won't coat them black. Out of curiosity, and to make sure my pricing was well within being reasonable, I went to the BM CS to price out a similar knife. Plain 20cv, Benchmade's plain old carbon fiber scales, and it was 280... that's 80 more than I'm asking, but their version does not have a coated blade, does not have the Lynch Clip, AND DeathGrip Slim Griptilian Carbon Fiber scales are a million times better than BM's carbon.
I am the second owner but I am the one who put the scales and clip on. This one does not have the original box but will come with the benchmade pouch. As stated in the post it has been sharpened only by me and I took it to 1000 on my Wicked Edge Pro. I previously had this listed at 220 and had a lot of interest but never did get it sold. I had a couple of offers for 200 but at the time said no. Now I am doing a price drop to 200 for this new listing and am firm on the price for now. The scales amd clip are 160 alone...
I will get it shipped out same day as payment or first thing the next morning at the very latest.

First is a Nick Chuprin Ragnarok. PJ scales with zirc clip and spacer. Third owner as far as I know and never cut, carried, or disassembled I was told. This thing is the benchmark by which I measure smooth action. It’s so smooth and controlled. Probably gonna kick myself for moving this one. $800
Next is a Herman Vespertillio. Unknown owners but at least the second. However, it looks like it’s never left the box. Pristine condition and action. Despite the size the ergos on this thing are perfect. Never cut carried or disassembled. $650

[WTS] Original Goat Ti MSI Scales
Happy Monday, Swap! Got a set of MSI scales to part ways with.
These are gunstock titanium scales from Original Goat in their phresh finish (shiny, with machining marks still mostly visible) They are right-hand clip only, hence the landing pad for the clip on one scale. I'm the first owner. They were installed for a while and in the pocket a handful of times, but show no signs of carry or use. I should also add that they are for the new style of ram-lok, so it won't fit all models. The ram-lok opening is 1/4", which they switched to shortly after release I believe. Willing to help with any questions to make sure they'll fit. SV: 150

Para 3 Maxamet blade swapped to 15V LW scales $95 Album| Video Second owner - user I picked up about a month ago. Some pitting on side of blade, sharpened cut and carried by original owner. Lightly used by myself but no sharpen. Kept it oiled since I got it. It is in LW scales as I used the liners for another blade. Blade is off center as is common for LW but action is great, little bit of blade play at current pivot tightness, unsure if I loctited it but if I did its blue.
Countycomm Maratac Re-Action Album w/ Video $30 Micarta w/ Titanium Linerlock. First owner, some cut and carry. Weird knife, D2 hollow grind on washers. Light user, high grit touched up a few times. Action right now is inconsistent as I haven't loctited it in. Looser and theres some blade play but it can be flicked, tighter and its basically CRK style.

- Peña X-Series Large Swayback. Titanium and Brown Micarta. M390. I bought this off this sub used, bc I wanted to try a front flipper. There are some scratches on the blade. I carried it some. It is a very smooth opening knife very sharp hollow grind. Fit and finish on this knife is great. Fires out quick and smooth. This one is the large version, it was hard to find when I picked it up. $175 shipped.

- Hogue Deka Clip Point Magnacut. This is wearing AWT aluminum scales. I bought this knife new and scales new (no stock scales). I carried it for a few weeks (and used it) so there are marks on blade, scales, and clip. It is very sharp, l’m sure I sharpened it. Box only can’t find taco.

Benchmade Griptillian Custom shop S90V. I am 3rd owner on this. I purchased blue Putnam scales and a lynch clip for it. Pretty sure it is a PVD coating as it seems to hold up really well. There are scratches on blade, clip, and scales. This has been carried, used and sharpened. I have original blue polymer scales. I don’t have original box, but I’ll ship it with a grizzly creek box. I like this knife, spydie hole, hollow grind, s90V blade. Cannot get one this way anymore. $162 shipped.

I used a kme and feel like it came out great and way sharper. Center/grind line is still all lined up to the tip still. Has not misfired once, and is running great! Great lockup and action. I highlighted the only 2 marks I could find on it. One is a very small ding in the coating and the other is a slightly shinier spot on the clip. Comes with box and paperwork.

This is the cranes cutlery exclusive variant of the M v-3. So it has a flipper tab, improved t15 pivot with the newer design. But it being the cranes exclusive comes with a beautiful Fafnir damasteel blade, and zircuti collars, backspacer, and clip.
I’m the original owner, never disassembled. It has been carried a handful of times, so has some snails on both sides. But I in no way deliberately abused this knife. Please see video for condition. Aside from beuty marks on scales, Blade is excellent.

I am the first owner of this knife. I have carried it quite a bit but it has only ever been carried in the leather slip, hence all the wear on the leather slip. Knife has only ever cut once or twice. Some fingerprint/smudging on the knife but otherwise it is in nearly perfect condition. All original accessories included.
The S90V hollow grind blade is super slicey, I just wasn’t a huge fan of the shape as much as I thought I would be. Trade interests would be Spyderco Shaman, Kunwu Padre/Compadre, or partial trade on Slysz Bowie or Zaan. Let me know what you have I might be interested.

[WTS/WTT] Sharknivco Mini Goblin w/ Bruce Knuck
Today I've got a beautiful Sharknivco Mini Goblin with windowed Gecko CF. RWL34 blade steel. I received this in a trade a few months ago and maybe carried it around the house once. Absolutely beautiful with no signs of wear that I can see, but make sure to check out the pics and vid just to be sure. It is the same one that was raffled here about a year ago. Super lightweight and very compact and still has the factory edge (from what I can tell - this is the only Sharknivco I've handled). I think the only real knock on this from me is that you need a proprietary tool for the pivot, which just rubs me the wrong way. I do not have the pivot tool for it, unfortunately.
