We incorporate the elements of the former subreddit, /r/imperialistassault, as it duplicated what we have here. As such, this subreddit works to counter capitalist lies and propaganda in the world today about imperialism whether it comes in the form of "free trade" treaties, privatization, covert action, or military invasion. by sharing stories about resistance to established power structures. This subreddit also covers the topics of neoliberal ideology, which is the main belief system of capitalists currently, imperialism (highest stage of capitalism) which can be manifested in invasions or coup d'etats.

Our subreddit, from its name and character, echos the words of comrade Ahmad Sa’adat, imprisoned General Secretary of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), opposing capitalism, Zionism, and calling for Palestinian liberation:

We call for the widest international left alliance to confront the camp of exploitation and capital and build the alternative, a socialist society...[we support] the values of a society of justice, freedom and equality, working to consolidate the values of international and human solidarity to serve the people, for the well-being and dignity of humanity...What is happening in the Arab world and the region generally demands that all the forces of the international left must unite and come together to face the threatened disasters, woes and wars in the region

We also take inspiration from the Marx and Engels's Communist Manifesto which calls for global solidarity:

In short, the communists everywhere support every revolutionary movement against the existing social and political order of things. In all of these movements they bring to the front, as the leading question in each case, the property question, no matter what its degree of development at the time. Finally, they labor everywhere for the union and agreement of the democratic parties of all countries.
