While we offer this sub-reddit as an alternative to /r/hockeycards for buying, selling and trading, we want to remind you that WE ARE NOT THE TRADE POLICE and RARELY MODERATE WHAT IS POSTED HERE.

1) Do not air out your dirty laundry here. - We understand that sometimes bad trades happen. With that, comes drama. We just simply don't want or need that drama. Please use /r/SportsCardTracker for (+) and (-) reviews of trades done here.
2) Do not advertise your breaks! - This will trigger an instant ban. There are just too many slimy people in this hobby now for the quick cash. Please use a reputable group breaker.
3) Do not advertise razzes! - This will trigger an instant ban. Razzing is purchasing the chance of winning an item, which simply put IS gambling. It is not allowed on reddit, therefore it will not be tolerated here.
4) Do not advertise the sale of "mystery packs" - Since we do not have any way of policing the validity of what's inside, please do not offer "mystery packs". Keep threads as sales or trades for known items only. Selling a lot of unsorted cards is fine, but nothing with the guarantee of a certain item or hit rate, or the chance of finding a particular high valued item. These threads will be removed immediately.
5) All marketplace sales (eBay, Facebook, etc.) must be for your own items - Using affiliate links to advertise sales that are not your own on eBay or any other marketplace will result in a ban.
6) All discussion threads must stay in /r/hockeycards. - Anything related to discussion will be removed immediately without warning.

Collection buy out
Not really into cards anymore and trying to save for a ring. Would anyone be interested in buying a mass amount of cards? Say 500 cards? I have a problem, I'm from Poland and I bought a Turkish Xbox gift card for 1000TRY, I managed to enter it into my Microsoft account after changing the region to Turkey and setting a Turkish VPN, but I can't pay with this card anywhere, for example I wanted to buy vbucks in Fortnite, after marking the payment with my Microsoft balance (which I already have 1000TRY entered) I get an error saying "You are trying to purchase from the wrong region. You need to update your settings to purchase from the correct region." Do you have any idea how to fix this? I know that many people buy in Fortnite this way. So far, the method to reset devices/address/saved payments doesn't work

I don’t see it directly referenced in the rules.
I started buying/selling here not to long ago, and I have had such a good time doing it that I have started also buying selling other places as well.
Including starting my own eBay store recently.
To celebrate that i would like to do a little giveaway to give thanks to the place that started my new little hobby.
It’s probably not going to be anything crazy, maybe a $10-$20 card, but I’ll cover shipping and everything. It will most likely just be a leave a comment and I’ll use a Reddit random comment selector tool.
(This is not the thread, I’ll delete this once I get confirmation I’m not going to be banned 😅)

I have four boxes full of hockey cards that I got after my uncle passed away. I only collect Red Wings stuff, so a lot of the cards are of no interest to me. I am looking to sell them and attached is a picture of what I have. I just want to get rid of the boxes. Let me know if you’re interested
