Ordered a Caracal on Thursday morning, picked at my FFL on Friday afternoon. Great price, super fast shipping. Will use again it they have something I want.

Ordered the MGW Sight Pro with a Sig shoe plate, combined price shipped was $60 cheaper than just the tool anywhere else. Placed the order Monday evening and arrived Thursday afternoon. I know reviews are mixed but I have never had a bad experience with these guys.

I ordered a Kestrel from these folks about a month ago. Took a couple of weeks to get it in hand, but their website states 7-10 day lead time so whatever.

When the kestrel shows up, the battery door has a couple of pieces broken off of it, so there's no way to lock it closed. I emailed them indicating such and asking if I could get a replacement. They responded within a day or so asking for pictures which I promptly provided. Then radio silence. I emailed them again several days later to check, still no response.

So I give them a call last week. The person I spoke to was very friendly and respectful. Said that he was surprised I haven't heard anything, but that the manager that needs to look at it is at Shot show and that might have caused things to be delayed. He says he will email & call said manager that day and that I should hear something the next day, and that they should definitely be able to get me taken care of.

Radio silence for another week. I call them again. This time the person I speak to tells me that I need to reach out to Kestrel and that Kestrel's "insurance" should cover it. He says that because I didn't purchase shipping insurance there's nothing they can do for me. I tell him that I paid for working merchandise, and if they're not going to exchange it that I would like to return it. He says they can do that, but will consider it a cancelled order and will thus impose a 15% restocking fee.

I am reaching out to Kestrel and I imagine they'll probably be able to get me taken care of one way or another, but that's not the point. Refusing to do an exchange because the thing was poorly packaged and I didn't pay extra for shipping insurance is terrible business.

Shipped crazy fast with easily the best price I could find and a box full of fun stuff. I will definitely start with them going forward.

Awesome experience with RED Team Armory. I contacted their customer service as I rifle I wanted to purchase was incorrectly marked as ineligible to ship to my state. Their rep, Eric emailed me literally minutes later to correct the problem and get my order shipped out. Also ended up ordering a new EOTech which arrived quickly and securely packaged. I actually read over some of their policies a little more closely this time and they really do seem like a company who is out to help the customer.

Review for PSA, There have been promos advertised in my email numerous of times for a Vortex Strike Eagle with mount for $150. This was also posted in gun deals on 1/27. Next morning order was canceled and refund issued, inventory was re listed at a higher price. Called support and they said it was a pricing issue. This appears to be to be a reoccurring issue with PSA. I reach out to the reddit social support account for clarification on why this was happening so often and the impact it would have with customers. His responses were fast but ultimately gave no answer but that he believed a few pricing mistakes per 100k skus was fair. I was a long time supporter of PSA but honestly feel there links should be banned further from r/gundeals

I purchased an NFA item and a muzzle device from them. Both were priced very competitively and shipped quick. The muzzle device had to be shipped from their distributor to them, and then from them to me. They called to ask me if it was Ok for them to wait for the muzzle device to show up before shipping the both items together. I appreciate them giving me a call personally to make sure that was Ok instead of assuming that it would be. A++ They have earned a loyal customer.

I was immediately charged for an item listed as "in stock" and I've been waiting since September. I can't get any response from their voicemail on 801-686-5994 nor from their support email address. My bank tells me it's too late to dispute the charge so I'm out $250.

Their website looks like it's been down since last month.

Never heard of them before, but the prices of the things I was looking for were the best out of everywhere I looked. Ordered $4k worth of firearms and a suppressor. Shipping was fast. Communication was great. Considering 2 of the items were NFA and required form 3 approval, they were still delivered to LGS very quickly in under a week.

Definitely going to be the first place I look now for future purchases.

The package had an outer box surrounding the case containing fifty x 20 round boxes of ammo. I weighed each 20 round box and they all weighed between 238 and 240 grams each. Shipping took about four business days to Arizona and the lack of sales tax was appreciated.

The rounds had a slightly larger width as per my caliper compared to the US Winchester M193 5.56 rounds I usually use. Two of my newly purchased magazines seemed to not advance the rounds (despite dry lubing them), so I switched to magazines I already used and all seemed fine (I use a Caldwell ARMagCharger - I value my time).

At the range, I shot all 30 rounds in this initial test and all were shot in typical semi automatic sequence; no failure to fire, failure to feed or misfeeds - perfect.

Since everything went perfectly from order fulfillment to using the ammo, I recommend UnitedPatriotSupply.com without reservation.

(Their only negative review at the time of this writing appeared to be related to a shipping mishap they could not control, but where they made things right for that customer as per that customer's positive follow-up to that negative review; I suggest ignoring the negative review or reading the two reviews made by that individual to fully understand the circumstances)

I saw a gundeals post with a build your own lower parts kit option, went through and put together a few things along with some m81 furniture. I messaged the owner on here seeing if a promo was still valid, he said it is, it didn't work. I told him, and said i was going to go ahead with my order anyways. He had seen my order come through, then asked if it was me, and adjusted the price to fit the promo for me. Top notch cs, very responsive, will buy from them again.

Bought a case of 1k 9mm and an LEO trade Glock 45 gen 5. Both shipped quickly, within two business days, separate packages. The glock was shipped to my FFL without issue.

The glock is in very good condition, pictures attached of it after a disassembly and cleaning. Has some wear, but I doubt over 500 rounds are through it based on the wear on the barrel. Did not come with back straps.
