I bought a 10" gong from Dragon Targets a couple years ago and have less than 100 rounds of 308 and 223 on it, always outside of 100 yards. 3/8" thick AR500. The ears around the mounting holes have sheared off, despite following the mfg's mounting and shooting guidelines perfectly. On the new gongs from DT, they have beefed up this specific area, so they obviously know it's an issue. However, their BUNDLES still have the OLD design. I did send an email asking for a solution to the target breaking using their guidelines, with no response yet.
I placed an order on October 15 for a Canik Rival, with the understanding that it would process within 5-10 days and then ship. After two weeks had passed, I reached out to inquire about the status of my order, only to discover that the company was experiencing merchant issues, and the order had not shipped as expected.
Initially, they assured me that they hoped to ship the item by Friday, the 1st. However, this timeline was soon pushed back to Monday, the 4th, and by November 5th, I was informed that they could no longer provide a clear shipping date.
Frustrated by the lack of progress, I requested to cancel the order and initiate a refund. At this point, all communication from the company ceased. Despite my efforts—sending multiple emails and making several phone calls—I have not received any response. I’ve since had to contact my credit card company to initiate a chargeback to retrieve my funds.
Ordered a bunch of Rearden devices that couldn't be beat on price anywhere else on a Friday, delivered on Monday. Hand written note and stickers included!

Been meaning to leave a review on HDTac. I found their websites to be somewhat confusing since there were two that I can confirm belong to the same business (hdtac.com, hdtactical.us). After my purchase, I was a bit concerned about getting scammed because shipping was a bit on the slow side as well, but after waiting about a week and receiving clarification from James, I was happy.
Apparently they've run into issues with their merchant account and payment processor which was related to the two websites, and delays in shipping. Order arrived just inside of two weeks from payment and confirmation.
Ordered a parts kit off of them after seeing a post in r/gundeals. They shipped same day and I couldn't be happier with it.
Rooftopdefense are good people, they are pretty much my go to for optics, them and EuroOptic. They have some good discount codes as well which helps on the price. They also send stickers and swag with each order. Fast shipping as well, UPS free shipping.

Recently purchased a suppressor at a fantastic price from u/ItsStillJoseph at AZoneArmory. The process was smooth and Joe was super helpful when I encountered some minor website issues. I couldn’t be happier and can’t recommend AZoneArmory enough. 10/10 experience.
Placed an order with Taran Tactical on 10/11, sent multiple emails and contacts through the website with no replies. Order never shipped and the ghosted me. I've ordered with them before and no issues previously. Nothing ordered was a restricted item and everything was in stock when I ordered.

Recently bought an SLR Glock Magwell. Product was shipped quickly and arrived as expected. And stickers! Always love stickers.
Had a great experience with Fiddler's. Dan posted a holosun promo in r/gundeals, I emailed him and he got back to me within 10 minutes with a quote that was super competitive. We exchanged a couple emails, and Dan was super prompt to answer my questions, and transparent. Purchase was smooth, product shipped quicker than the advertised lead time, and was exactly as described.

So let’s back up a couple weeks. I made a purchase on gunbrand.com for a couple items that both showed in stock on their site. If you’ve visited their site before, they display their product as itemized, numbered stock. Both the items I purchased showed multiple quantities in stock. I was happy with the price, saw they were in stock, and made the purchase. As I typically do on most purchases, I have the shipping sent to my business, which is different than billing. Like most purchases from “new to me” websites, I usually get a courtesy call from someone at the company confirming the shipping address, which I did from Gunbrand.com, thanks. Now during the phone call, the guy I spoke with mentioned one of the items was out of stock and that he’d have to check with the vendor on availability, which I thought was weird, as I was checking the website during out phone call to check the listing. Listing still showed multiple in stock. I questioned it but ended up allowing them the opportunity to contact the vendor…. A week goes by…no communication from them. So I call back and explain the situation again. “Oh I was just about to call you, yeah that’s backordered.” At this point I’m annoyed and bring up the fact the item was still listed as available (now it’s completely removed from the site). “Oh, you know how systems work. They’re not instantly updated”. Again, it’s been at least a week since purchase. I said nowhere on the site does it explain or hint at a business model around drop shipping, which this seems like, and requested a full refund of the item and the shipping for said item. A few days later I receive the refund for the item, but no shipping. When I call back to question the lack of refund on shipping ($15), I get a response of “well, I already issued a refund for the item, and I can’t go back and give you more money”. Remember, there were 2 items on this order, and both items had separate shipping costs. This means I wouldn’t be able to issue a refund on the second item either if I wanted. But that’s beside the point. He beat around the bush saying, “well, I can issue you a store credit for something else”. Nah buddy, I’m not shopping with you to spend $15 you owe me. “We have 50,000 SCUs, there has to be something you want”. I told him “find a way to get me my money back. We’re not playing a game to get me to spend more money with you”. It’s been another week and I haven’t heard a peep, or received a single dollar back for shipping refund.
Whether it’s $15 or $1500. If you can’t produce an item that you sold to a customer, full refunds needs to be issued. Zero questions. I’d stay away from this company, as the guy seems to give very little care to his customers after taking their money.
This is a weird one because the company is legit. They shipped my ammo in a timely manner and all seems fine with it.
However, my credit card info was stolen shortly after I made the purchase. When I checked the company up on here, I see others with the same complaint, including someone who traced it back to this website without any doubt. Don’t buy here until they tighten up security.
Order a bunch of stuff for my build. Half came and it's been a month and the other half still hasn't arrived. They just give you the run around saying it'll still arrive but at this point I'm asking for a refund and if they don't do it, I'll do a charge back.
Searching for a Glock 43x and found this website. They were running a sale on the BFG color. Reached out via chat and Eric was very responsive and answered some questions I had about shipping. Shipping was fast and he included a business card with his info. Great experience!
Here’s a timeline of my experience with saint barbs. Not too many reviews but had decent ones I could find. Tried them out and would not recommend.
Oct 4 - ordered placed. Magazine and half case of ammo Oct 8 - order ships Oct 8 - email to saint barbs notifying them package sent was only 1.3 pounds and that looks like only magazines were shipped at 1.3 pounds. Oct 9 - email from saint barbs stating everything shipped out and to rest assure that ammo was shipped. Oct 11 - receive shipment, missing ammo. Email to saint barbs to let them know and find out next steps for resolution. Oct 11 - email from saint barbs saying they’re looking into it and will provide update once available. Oct 16 - email sent to saint barbs asking for update Oct 17 - email from saint barbs stating UPS is looking into a missing package. Oct 18 - I can see UPS started a claim. What happened last 7 days? Nothing I assume. Oct 21 - email from saint barbs gave me 2 options 1-5 days to process replacement. 5-10 days for refund. Oct 21 - email to saint barbs for refund. Oct 22 - email from saint barbs confirming and will keep me updated. Oct 29 - email to saint barbs for update. Ghosted. Oct 31 - email to saint barbs for update. Ghosted again. Nov 11 - email to saint barbs let them know it’s been 10 business days and no refund. Not expecting a response at this point. Contacted bank, leaving online reviews of my experience.
First time buying a firearm from them. The seller was able to send me better pictures after I purchased it. I plan to use it again in the future if I’m buying a used firearm. Really smooth experience. Not much to ding the website about but the search system could be better. I feel like sometimes the search doesn’t show me what I want so I have to go back and try a different keyword.
Cheapest prices I have seen on both shotguns and some handguns, super fast shipping too (<2 days for me). They have a TON of FFL dealers on file as well, so no hassle there, shipping is up to date and fast.
Customer service is responsive and answers calls fast as well. Good prices on pretty much everything and everything is in stock live inventory, not much else to add.
AEAmmo is the king, fast shipping, within 2-3 days max, cheapest prices I've seen on 9mm and some 5.56. They are the new SGAmmo, hats off.
Purchased an ADM UIC M2 for a sweet deal. Called in with a question, received a call back within minutes. Product was in the shippers hands not even 2 hours later. After all was said and done, I had an amazing piece of kit to larp with in my mom's basement.

Ordered a talon holster for my pdp, estimated wait time when I ordered was 7-9 weeks. Order placed on July 28 2024. It is now November 2 2024, which is almost 14 weeks.
4 emails were sent simply asking for a status update on September 30, October 11, October 19. I have not received a response.
While I understand this may be a one man shop, acknowledgong the delay would help assuage customers concerns.

Ordered 9 pm and was shipped next day even thought it didn't seem like it. USPS didn't scan the package till the day before it was out for delivery. Inquired about the assumed missing package with umbrella and they were quick to respond.
Their 30mm Kill flash is perfectly taut on my PLXc and takes up significantly less space on the scope and doesn't require you to adjust your mount for shorter scopes unlike the hundred concepts scope cap pro. Also comes in multiple colors and the FDE looks great.

In late September they had a great deal on trade in Glock gen5 17s. I ordered one and a Holosun 508t. The order went out on a Monday and the gun showed up at my FFL a couple days later.
I did notice that the Holosun wasn't with the order and made a mental note to call. My ADHD kicked in and I lost the mental note for a few days. I emailed them and got a call later that day. Keegan was on top of it; he'd found the problem and had two solutions ready.
There was a shipping issue due to a Holosun policy change and my order got caught in the mix. Keegan offered to either refund the order or get one in and ship it out ASAP.
I'm patient and opted to complete the order. Keegan said "Cool, we'll get it done." True to form I missed two calls from them this week saying the Holosun was in and they wanted to confirm the address. When I called back Keegan offered me store credit for my inconvenience.
It's easy to forget in an age of next day shipping, one-click ordering, and instant CS response that mistakes happen. But these guys were responsive and attentive despite my own poor habits. I have no doubt that if this were a time critical order, they would have been equally diligent.

Purchased a PC-4 bipod from Accu-tac and it is absolutely fantastic. Buying experience is smooth the website is very nice and has a great chart to help you find which bipod is right for your use case.
They kept me updated with the status of my order during the whole process. And when I received the bipod it was excellent the packaging is built to prevent any damage and the bipod itself is built so tough you would have a hard time hurting it. Product is great and if I ever need another bipod I am going right back. However I don't see this PC-4 wearing out anytime soon.
Ordered 12 boxes of Hornady 8623 SST 12ga on 10/15/24. My card was immediate charged and I received an e-mail confirmation that the order was processing. Website says orders are shipped within 3-10 business days.
On 10/25/24, attempted to call customer service to obtain an updated status and was unable to speak to a human. Also attempted to reach someone via their online contact firm and received only a “404” error.
Sent a PM to a rep via Reddit on 10/27/24 and still haven’t been responded to.
Website shows 4804 of the product in stock so I’m puzzled as to how they can’t fill an order for 12…. I’m currently in the process of disputing the charge with my financial institution since I can get nowhere with the vendor.

Got a great price on a rifle from Smoky Mountain Guns and Ammo with free shipping. It was sent next day via FedEx and arrived at my FFL 2 days later. Good communication too!

Here's a timeline of my ordeal with Aero:
TL;DR: Don't believe when something on Aero's website shows as "in stock", it may take months to ship. But they are happy to charge your credit card right away.
For the record, I love Aero's products, I own 5 of their rifles. But I am never buying directly from their website ever again.
