Does anyone know where to find the manga version of the AWOT? Doesn't matter what language it's in.
A couple of things have stood at to me through watching it, but the thing that's inspired me to write this post is something I noticed in this viewing session. I'd noticed throughout the series how cavalier the Earth Federation government was taking Zanscare conquering seemingly the whole of Europe, and thought it was quite strange. Then, during this viewing session (I believe it was either episode 39 or 40) a reference was made to the 'central government on the moon'. I'm watching fansubs so maybe there's a mistranslation, but I thought that was really interesting. I'd noticed while binging through UC content this past month that while the general perception is that all the rich folk are on earth, every time a specific rich guy is shown, they're from the moon. And a couple of times, people from the moon are treated as somewhat separate from the colony dwellers (or at least, they regard themselves as such.) I kind of wonder, then, if by this point an effective seizure of power has taken place 'new money' on the moon instead of the earth based oligarchy we saw in 'early' UC.
Hi everyone! Can someone help me please? II used to play the Gundam Exreme VS way back on psp and ps3.
I remember watching youtube videos showing all the Gundam series in the games and then transitioning into gameplay/specials for the main units. Does anyone know where I can find one of those videow?
I've been searching all over YT but can only find either the cinematic intros or just each special of the suits. It doesn't have to be the newest Exvs game
Thank you!
So, I didn't hate Requiem for Vengence. It was fine, it is ok on most of the points except human animation and dubbing (French and English are both terrible) imo and idiots talking about "zEoN prOPanGandA" are nothing more than Fed fascists but that's another topic.
I heard the second part of the show was bad and I don't think so but I agree the last minutes are... confusing. Iria choosing to stay on Earth to fight for protecting children feels so out of place. Like it's totally understandable and it's not the first Gundam character to make a choice like that (the most traumatizing scene of Victory e.g.) but what does this mean? Who are you fighting? What group are you joining? Does this group have the same goal as you? What is this group capable of? What can you do with a little crew in Africa? Is the Federation your only enemy if you only fight for kids?
It is soooo confusing. Except if she founds her own Zeon Remnants terrorist group that targets exclusively training districts, cyber newtype labs, etc. I don't think there's any Zeon Remnant faction that care about it. They just want to destroy the Fed. Girl, either your ending is poorly written or you are missing smth and you have nothing to do in Africa.
The question I have now is what would happen to her after OYW? I mean, other than fighting in Africa and being too weak to do anything. If we stick to what she says (her will to protect children), we can assume she COULD join the AEUG. I read somewhere Zeon were a lot into using children but honestly they are nothing compared to Fed and Titans. I can't imagine her joining Delaz Fleet nor Neo Zeon bit, on the other way, it's not impossible to assume she joined Axis if she didn't die.
God, I am so confused about that last choice. It would have been "better" if she just died at the end, that wouldn't be original but so much easier to write.
Everytime she had any doubt about her actions, he would always assure her that she did nothing wrong regardless of the truth of the matter.
What makes this weird is that he seemed like the most self-aware member of the group at first, like when he recognizes that – for all the independence talk – Zeon are still the invasors.
Just gave my favorite Gundam model a makeover! What do you think? 🤖 Any tips or suggestions are welcome!
