Out of the kindness of anyone’s heart, I’m willing to go to quite some lengths to get this jacket as a birthday gift for the wifey. Got screwed on an eBay purchase…hoping the community can help out.

I ordered a chromakopia box set like 3 days after they released, i waited until december and since i got nothing and saw multiple people getting the box set i contacted golf wang, they said it was going to be shipped in 2024 so i decided to wait a little more, eventually it was january and still nothing so i contacted them again, they told me to wait 2 weeks then I kinda forgot about it until like 3 weeks passed and when i contacted them again they told me it was out of stock i did get a refund and a discount code tho.

I want to know if this happened to anyone else or just me.

I just ordered something off golf wang for the first time and I'm from south Africa and my order has been processing for 5 days already is that normal?!?!

Some of you may remember a bit over a month ago that I posted about my two tops mystery bag only coming with one top.

Customer service initially auto replied saying all sales are final, no refunds, etc. and they obviously never read my initial email.

After a few more emails they actually replied asking for photos and stuff and eventually told me they’d send a second top and I could expect delivery within 2-3 weeks.

After 3 weeks I still hadn’t heard anything, and emailed a couple more times just being told to be patient and that I’d get a tracking number.

It’s now been a little over 6 weeks and still nothing, so I’ve filed a dispute with my card company.

Actually insanely awful customer service, they can ban me if they want, I won’t buy from them again unless it’s in store.

This was my first Golf purchase, and I waited a year for the mystery bag as I missed it last year.

Just wanted to post this as a warning to anyone buying from them, if your order goes wrong they’ll prolly fuck you.
