Flying from Dublin airport soon with KLM, I have a 12 kg carry-on baggage / accessories weight allowance. But do they even check how much stuff I carry on board with me in KLM flights? I saw the carry-on baggage check is mainly sized related.
Thank you.
I’m recently moved to Dublin and wanted to ask here what stores here offer ingredients pertaining to gastronomy/ higher end cooking. Looking for some certain ingredients that normal stores don’t seem to have, and cant find I anything online. Being more specific if that helps, ingredients like Agar Agar, sodium alginate etc. Thanks to anyone who can help!
About 100 people, not just youngfellas, but mothers with kids and stuff in prams, just ran down Reuban street onto Cork street. Garda car parked at the start of Cork street.
Whats going on?
planning on doing the christmas shopping soon as i’m going abroad, but which would you say is the best for the range of shops?
Anyone have any idea why I can’t find Franziskaner Weissbeer anywhere. Like literally no where in D9 / D7
Hi! Solo traveler here for the weekend, looking for a good party in Dublin! If you’ve got something fun in mind, please message me!
I think the house was in Walkinstown. It was allegedly haunted by an old lady who banged her walking stick on the floor.
I can’t find the clip online and would love to have a listen to it again 🙈 I was a kid at the time and I remember that it utterly terrified me.
Obviously costs will depend on size of the conversion etc. Just looking for rough ballpark figures that people have paid recently, we’re looking at converting a 120msq bungalow to accommodate two bedrooms upstairs. Hoping to do a basic job initially and then maybe add loft style windows over time. What kind of prices would I expect? 20K 30K 100k?? Or any contractor sites that give example prices with images?
Want to lay off the sauce but still do something for the evening. Was thinking of driving somewhere with my partner for a walk, or going up into the Dublin mountains to view the city from above. Any recommendations for either?
My daughter wants to go to a Hibachi restaurant for her birthday meal (she'll be 10, but she's the Tik Tok generation, so she has notions 😂). Has anyone any recommendations for one in town? We'll be between the Bord Gáis and Portobello. TIA
Hey, I'm looking for a place that sells just bread dough raw, in Dublin.
I'm feeling kinda homesick and I want to make "vetkoek en mince" but I'm too lazy to actually make bread dough from scratch lol
Anyone know a place?
Heading up to Dublin next month with the mrs and the kids. What's to do in Dublin City centre at Christmas? We already have wild lights booked but just looking to see what else is on. Do ye have a Christmas market like we do in Galway or things like that? And where do you recommend for the best Santa in the city to bring the four smallies? Cheers for yer help 🎄🎅🏻
Any recommendations? Any prices? Hearing’s lousy and I need a test
Any recommendations? Please drop IG tags!
I have some time to hang out during my next visit and would like to get something done in one of my favorite cities.
Does anyone know where I can get Ottogi Jin Ramen Spicy Noodles(Veg) in Dublin?
If fully booked, is there any chance they come available again? Are there resellers? Any help would be great. Trying to make a late trip with my sister and brother in law special.
Does anyone know what's happening on O'Connell Street? Thousands lining the street!
I gathered there was a fake website saying a halloween parade would be held on Parnell Street. Is this true? The road isn’t shut down or anything but when driving through Parnell Street it seems like hundreds have gathered!
There are thousands of people lining O’Connell St right now but the few I asked didn’t know what was meant to be happening. Is there some sort of flash mob Halloween thing I wasn’t told about?
I don't mind as long as people are safe with them though I do feel for the animals. But Jesus this year some of the explosions have rocked the house. Like where in the holy hell are they getting these things. I don't remember them being so powerful as a kid.
