• House is located in north Denton, with easy access to Loop 288
• Monthly rent would be somewhere between $550-600. Deposit in the same range.
• Renter would pay 1/3 of electric, gas, internet each month
• Renter would share bathroom with one other tenant
• Room is roughly 10'x10', with a closet
• Washer/dryer and kitchen appliances in unit
• Big backyard
• Renter will be officially added to the lease. Must be able to pass the standard background, reference, and employment check. Lease is through late November 2025, with option to renew.
• You could move in as soon as mid December

Current tenants are late 20s male (me) and late 30s male. We've both lived with folks of all identities, genders, and backgrounds. We're not picky and are both very respectful and clean. An ideal roommate would be older than 23ish.

We'd prefer no pets, but may be open to a dog in some circumstances. There is a pet rent you'd be solely responsible for. No cats (allergic).
