Been receiving a lot of phishing attempts via phone an email, targeted at my Coinbase account. I have 2FA on and Authenticator setup, so I don’t think anything’s in any immediate danger, but it is concerning to have such a high amount of attacks against me all of a sudden

Is there anything I should do to take extra precautions?

Yes, I know I shouldn't have staked on coinbase. I was new to all of this a while back. Now that I'm learning and looking into it, there is no way for me to unstake my ada on coinbase. There is no button, tab or link to click to unstake, only the option to stake more. I've checked on my mobile app on my android phone, as well on my PC using google chrome and brave. There simply is no option anywhere to unstake. Yes, I know there's supposed to be a 2 day waiting period, but there's literally no options or anything to click to start that process. And of course I cannot sell any of the ADA that I already have staked.

Anybody else having this problem or have any ideas for a solution?

My USD balance is $1700. Earlier today it said $1300 would be available by 4PM. And $400 will be available on the 6th.

However, my available balance is ranging from one dollar to $11 and isn’t going up to the $1300 that was supposed to be available today.

I don't get it do real support agents on coinbase even exist this is ridiculous. I just googled coinbase customer service phone number and got 909-288-1611 from the AI results (not from a website link). I called it and the guy on the other end kept asking me a bunch of weird questions so I double checked to make sure I got the number right, and it was. The guy kept asking me weird questions, so I googled "909-288-1611 coinbase phone number" and the AI response said that there was no reason to believe that it was coinbase's phone number and that it may even be a scam number! In case it is, hopefully this will help folks find it out more easily. All I gave the guy was my email and phone number. I'm good, right? I've got 2FA of course, but are there any extra steps I can take to beef up security? Man, this s--t is getting outta hand...

I sent pepe to my metamask address, i ONLY sent 1 dollar, however it took away 8 dollars from my coinbase account. When i checked my metamask, i ONLY received the amount i wanted to send(1 dollar) but havent received the other 7 dollars that was sent for no reason, when i went to etherscan to figure out where My pepe magically went, it was a Wallet with 6000 eth. Well, I used personal information to create an account on both Coinbase and Coin Wallet... I have since then lost my phrase to recover Wallet.... what can I do to fix?

100%newbie here. I attempted to receive USDC from my coinbase wallet to my Trust wallet and I can't find it. I copied the looong number on Trust to receive into Coinbase to send. The transaction says it was successful but the funds aren't showing up in either wallet and there's a note that reads"this asset is on Base". How do i find Base? Lol. Coinbase card support doesnt respond. Phone support to 1-888-908-7930 has a recorded message that says phone support is unavailable.

This is not the kind of support you want when you are having an issue with your card. This is the same number printed on the back of the card. So make of that what you will.

Now live chat support: if you choose "coinbase card", you are redirected to call "live support" at the same 1-888-908-7930 number. And the chat session will auto-end. You must start a new chat.

If you just choose "something else" the chat times are now 285 minutes countdown.

There is some sort of bug in the coinbase card rewards system. The card rewards expired and i'm supposed to be able to select a new coin to receive rewards from.

1. the list of reward coins to choose from has been deleted. Only the previous reward coin USDC is visible, but the word "Expired" is next to it.

There is no option for me to select anything new as a reward. So the reward option is stuck on "select a reward".

2. If a coin must be selected, why not just auto-select the next reward coin? I could always select a different reward, but at least i would get something.

I should only need to opt-in to cashback rewards one time. And from that point forward everything should be automatic at that point (earning 0.5% cashback).

But the coinbase card support being non-existent or acting funny is a bit concerning. I dont think i will use them except at reputable merchants. Will use regular bank debit card where i can still get a real person to dispute a transaction.

Everytime i upload a bank statement coinbase says it’s verified and I can continue. But everytime when i click on the continue button it redirects me to verify again. Its super annoying because it’s an ongoing loop. I already got in touch with coinbase on X but they keep saying their apologies and that I have to keep trying or that my statements are to old. Which isn’t true and just a wack answer. Instead of giving me a solution or look into my acc.

Here's an exerp from me literally waiting around all day to speak with someone because I'm having issues buying crypto on an account I've had since 2017. Long story short, I deposited thousands of dollars. The funds are being held and I cannot use them until the end of the week, and there is no way for me to buy the specific crypto I want until then. I reached out to customer support to see what my options were as far as being able to buy and this is the result.

I tried to initiate a transfer over $5K worth of crypto from my Coinbase account to my crypto.com wallet and it look like it would only transfer a little over $4K, which was about 1K short of what I was trying to transfer. Were they trying to charge me over $1000 for that transaction?

I have a Coinbase account where I made larger investments in 2021. In the meantime, I was required to complete additional verification. I ignored the emails (a mistake on my part), but now I want access to my account.

When I open the app on my smartphone, it displays a message explaining that I need to verify my account. However, when I tap “Continue,” it tells me I am on a waiting list. I can only tap on "Understood“

I can’t access my account on the desktop either. When I try to contact support via chat, it says the wait time is over 4 hours or (like today) 45 minutes, but even after 2 hours, the wait time still shows as 45 minutes.

The German phone number doesn’t work either, and Coinbase no longer allows contact via email.

Does someone know what I could do?

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of support regarding my frozen account. It says I need to make a payment to unfreeze it, yet the system won’t allow me to pay.

On 11/16/24, I deposited $500 USD via bank transfer, which cleared, but my funds have been frozen ever since. I’ve reached out through email and phone multiple times, but customer service is completely unresponsive….or possibly non existent?
