Does anyone know of a place that's got animals that want to eat some pumpkins and squash? I had some little stuff in a radio flyer on my porch and it's still good. Definitely don't want to throw it out unless I absolutely had to. Any suggestions or if you have goats or something would be appreciated. Located in East brainerd.

In the past I've gotten mine at Lowe's, Food City, Whole Foods, and Costco. Whole Foods and Food City trees do not look good. I'm not willing to go all the way to Costco. I'm not sure about the prices at Lowe's.

I had read on here that the Market Street Bridge opens on the first Sunday of the last month of each quarter. So that would be tomorrow. (Sunday, December 1st 2024) The post also noted it normally opens from 8am till 3pm but is normally finished by noon. I'm hoping to walk down the Riverwalk to see it open. Does anyone know if this is true?

I'm moving back to Chatt and looking into Hawthorne at the W. I lived at 10 North for a year and though the location was great, I told myself I'd rather be further away and have more amenities or be on a ground floor with easier access to walk my dog. The reviews are great on google but I never know if they incentivize people to leave those. Anyone live there?

Hey y’all, I’m hoping this type of business or individual exists in Chattanooga. I have an older house with a long list of fix-it needs. And, as a woman, I’m just so damn tired of interacting with men in this capacity. If I have to listen to one more man who asks if my husband is home, or uses a condescending tone with me in discussing quotes, said man will be enduring emotional trauma. So, anyone have any recommendations for handyma’ams?

A house sitter is not an option.

I know there’s already a bunch of posts asking for recs on best thrift stores. But what about what thrift store is best for which finds? Currently I’m on the hunt for sheer sheets/curtains. Though I want to know what yall recommend for other stuff too! Are there specific thrift stores you go to for better finds on certain things??
