Context: The vehicle involved in the incident is called Jeepney it is a public transportation vehicle here in the Philippines. It's the most affordable and cheapest form of transportation here in the Philippines.
Anyway.
This incident happened in Ternate, Cavite somewhere in Luzon Philippines. This particular road in the video is an accident prone area and has a solid line which prohibits any vehicles from overtaking, however the Jeepney driver decided to overtake on a curve and crashed into two motorcycles, in total there were 3 casualties 1 motorcycle driver and another motorcycle driver with a passenger all three died on the spot. Original video, also shows a rear dashcam video of the Jeepney driver counter flowing before the crash occurred.
I was driving about 60mph and a deer came out of nowhere and I hit it. The deer hit the front right headlight, the hood. My brakes are also really bad now. My question is how much money do you think this will cost to repair? I am in San Diego by the way.
A drunken man crashed his Mitsubishi Xpander (USD 20.000) into a dealership, damaging the building and a Porsche 911 GT3 (USD 400.000, luxury vehicle gets taxed 100+% here).
It's still an ongoing event. Reportedly the driver's insurance will only cover USD 600-700 in damages. Driver said he'll pay for all the damages.
I have a 2015 Hyundai Elantra with 86k miles. The only damage is what you see here (unless the body shop says otherwise). I was going straight through an intersection at a green light and the other driver merged into my lane in the crosswalk of the intersection. She left the scene so it was labeled as a hit and run by the police. My insurance is trying to say that it's a total loss. Agree or not?
I'm not sure what caused this fiery scene, but it was intense. First thing I saw getting off my subway.
Hi everyone,
I am a new driver and just got into an accident with a Spectrum work van. I was driving down my lane when the van started merging into the lane I was in (their left). I was going about 20mph and the light I was approaching was red in-front of me so I was preparing to stop when I got hit. The van was stopped along with several other cars to my right and by the time I realized what happened it was too late and we had collided already. They also did not have their blinker on.
Will be calling my insurance but just wanted to see what others think. My front right bumper is pretty damaged and my passenger door won’t open :(
Thank you!
Let’s say green fully stopped at the sign. Whose fault?
Just saw this dumb
