Cake will be back in the future.
This cake may or may not be a lie.

I make it many times when I go to eat with it because we love it and it is super easy to make and combine with different types of jam, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry... And you can easily keep it for 2 or 3 days in the refrigerator, cheap, simple and super delicious!
Gotta say, Whole Foods has a pretty decent bakery and their carrot cake is great. Not too much frosting so it’s not too sweet and plenty of carrots throughout a moist cake!
A Chocolate cake that i made 🤤
I am wanting to bake a cake for a friend for her birthday. She made it clear she doesn't want me to buy her a cake, and we settled on me baking one for her. She loves the vintage style cakes and I have most of what I need to try to replicate it. She doesn't like normal frosting, only buttercream. I want to pipe some designs on the cake but I'm worried the cake will taste only like buttercream and be overwhelming.
This will be the first time I'm baking a cake and do designs on my own, I'm really inexperienced. I'm okay if it looks a bit wonky, but I want my friend to at least be able to eat the cake. Any tips will be deeply appreciated!
Black velvet blackberry Halloween deliciousness! [Oc]
A long time ago I made this cake for the daughter of one of my mother's friends, she wanted it as a white chocolate brownie and in the middle it had milk chocolate mousse, on the outside there was also a white chocolate cream and of course it had a pink decoration of princess and butterfly styles, she was delighted, (I was too) with the result and it was also very delicious.
Hello Happy Cake people!! This is a really simple question but I’m asking anyways, what kind of cake is this, and can anyone offer a fool proof recipe??
So I am a newbie in baking. I am trying to learn things slowly to build confidence. I came across this 3 ingredients easy chocolate fudge recipe in utube. My depressed ass decided to give it a try.
But it went wrong and the fudge came out so sticky. It was not getting freezed even when I put it in freezer overnight. It stucked to my fingers and i was not able to cut it into pieces because it was getting stucked on the knife too.
I want your guidance. Please tell me where did i go wrong.
Here is the recipe i followed:
Ingredients: • Condensed Milk – 400 gm • Butter – 3 tbsp. • Cocoa Powder – 6 tbsp. • Walnuts – 1 and 1/2 cup (As many as you want) • Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
Recipe:
Then I put the dish into the refrigerator.
I’m making a birthday cake next week and was asked for a red velvet sponge.
Red velvet pairs best with cream cheese frosting, but since i need to cover this cake in fondant I’m wondering if it’s a bad idea to use cream cheese frosting to stick the fondant to the cake… or maybe just cover it all in butter cream after having filled between the layers with cream cheese frosting?
It’s one of my first times covering a cake with fondant so I’m stuck here! Would really appreciate some advice :)
One of my all time favorite cakes I’ve created in my 15 years of decorating. The head is Rice Krispies and molding chocolate with rice paper hair, fondant collar and red velvet cake inside 🎈
I want to bake a funfetti cake for the first time. All the recipes say to use the long, thin sprinkles. However these are what I have at hand. Any tips on adjustments I can make so the sprinkles don't harden when the cake cools?
I made my first post here showcasing my wife's latest cake creation.

This is the one I mentioned in that post that she did last year for our 5 year old:
She thinks she is not very good but we have 3 kids and cake after cake for me is amazing.
Do you agree?
I can share the Creeper cake she did for my 5 year old last year.. That as well, OMG!
Made for my sister birthday!
