Looking for advice!!
My boy is 6 years old and has struggled with allergies for years now.
He’s on daily Apoquel (16mg), just started giving twice a day for two weeks due to a break out
We just got a medicated shampoo and I bathe him weekly making sure to dry him as much as I can.
He’s currently on antibiotics for an infection caused by his allergies😅 which has happened twice now this year.
I’m pretty sure he has seasonal and food allergies. My question is has anyone had success with a prescription diet? I was recommended complete derm by Hills my only issue is paying 135$ for a 25Ib bag. I’m open to trying it I just want to know if anyone has seen massive changes with allergies just by changing the food
sigh
This isnt really a bully post but my boy lost his sister tonight lil roux our chihuahua was staying at the wifes grandmother's house when she went out to pee a god dam owl swooped down and killed her on the spot by the time the wife got down to her gmothers place the ol girl was gone :( RIP roux roux u will be soooooo missed
I went to wash my face and came back to this 😫
My male bully recently had some digestive problems and the vet said to feed him chicken and rice or potatoe. After doing some math, it came out cheaper than than his dog food. I have been s feeding him some chicken and half of a potatoes (skinned) with a cooked baby carrots mixed in. Anyone see an issue with this in the long term?
Does anyone know what this rash might, I’m thinking dermatitis?? My EB is well looked after and skin is normally great! I’m very thorough with his cleaning routine and he gets washed in anti fungus shampoo every week! I’m very strict with this! I don’t know what it is or what much to do? He’s been on steroids for the last few days to help and I’m planning to ring the vet back to get him seen again ,when they reopen tomorrow…he doesn’t seem to be in pain, but it definitely can’t be comfortable having this? He’s never had a flare up like this and I’m just very worried, if anyone has any advise
Devil horns? Bunny ears? Munster sitting behind Rogue 😆
I haven't posted any pics of Wednesday in awhile. She's loving the fall weather.
Bella happily greeted all the trick or treaters tonight. Third year allowing them to choose two things from a bowl of candy that also contains sardines in hot sauce, baking potatoes, and spicy chips.
Third year to only have candy left!
