My big chicken 😂 Now that he’s convinced himself this basket won’t kill him, he’s constantly going over there just to hang out with the lid on his head. Most of the time he doesn’t even grab a toy!!
He’s too funny. Moving a chair? Terrifying. Fireworks? Doesn’t phase him at all. He’ll go outside and hang out in the yard…. Make it make sense, lol.
I know that Bulldogs overheat easily and I live in California where it’s still warm even when it’s cold. Right now it’s 77 degrees in my house and my boy is panting. What’s a comfortable temperature I should keep my house at? Looks like I’ll be using the AC soon.
We usually do daily cleaning with wipes and then follow it up with wrinkle cream. Looks like that ain’t cutting it anymore. He doesn’t seem bothered by it, but it doesn’t look good. Anyway to get this under control? Thanks
We are approaching the three month old mark and just wondering when the hand/ankle biting will subside. I see around 6 months old for a lot of puppies. We follow all of the typical training advice to discourage it. We love our little guy and can’t wait to spend more quality time where he’s not latching onto our skin!
Hey all!
I stumbled on this video by dog trainer Brett Endes and thought it would be worthy sharing. I plan to implement some of the techniques in order to train Buddy. Brett teaches essential commands like "place" and deals with Bulldog behavior issues like separation anxiety.
Have any of you given his techniques a go? How's it working out for you and your Bulldog? Do you have any other techniques to recommend? Would love to hear your thoughts.
I come to you folks out of desperation. Our rescue Lulu so badly hates getting her nails cut. She is usually so gentle and sweet, but when it comes to trimming her nails, it always results in her seeing red and trying to bite. It breaks our hearts!
We have tried so many methods. We have tried distracting her with toys and treats. Had a team of vet techs and groomers with clippers or grinders do it (unfortunately by physically restraining her) and we’ve tried a grooming hammock but she gets scared/ angry and flails out of it. We don’t want to hurt ourselves, vets/ groomers, or especially her.
We have tried walks on pavement, but she’s such a lazy potato and that takes ages. We haven’t tried a scratch pad, we are looking into that option now.
Are there any other options that we are missing? Thanks in advance!

He knows not to mess with the cat.
How beatiful are this bull dogs brother!! ❤️
me meeting my first puppy, Satchmo, 2004. He was very little and very sweet and I was very scared.
I've been putting off getting my boy neutered but thinking about potentially getting him done.
Is he he too old now? What behaviour changes will it cause?
He marks 20+ times on a walk but generally is very well behaved. He does get over excited with visitors but he's not aggressive in the slightest but definitely appears to still have puppy energy even at 3 years old.
