It doesn't matter if you're a man or woman. You just have to be a bro.
Brochet, a subreddit for bros who crochet.
Hello all and welcome to /r/Brochet. Here you can post your WIP (Works in progress), finished projects, and project ideas. Feel free to post any patterns you brocheters come across, as well as anything you may be looking for.
Whether you're a dudebro or ladybro or whatever other kind of bro you are, you're more than welcome here
If you want to post a link to something that costs money, like a pattern or supply deal, save it for Free-Market Fridays. If it's a limited-time sale or something that you just can't pass up sharing, it may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
Please try to flair your posts so other users can filter easily. It's not a strict rule, but it would be appreciated.

This is my morning meditation. Each morning I go outside, no matter the weather, and I crochet one of these squares. Counting the stitches centers me, like counting the beads on a rosary or mala. I focus my breath, and I breathe. I become one. This is my meditation.
What do we think?
Hello brochets!
I’m looking to make a men’s cardigan for my dad but can’t seem to find an easy YouTube video on this.
I’m very new to crochet (1 week in) and have so far done an ebook sleeve, a small sling bag, a crochet daisy, and a handphone pouch (star pattern). Most YouTube videos for beginner crochet cardigans are for women - are there any beginner ones for men’s cardigan? A sweater works too.
Thank you!!

I'm so excited, I really hope it goes well!
Hi everyone! I’m using what yarn I have left to make a little star blanket for a baby. I’ve already made a cardigan and booties and had a decent amount of yarn left to use (I probably won’t use it for myself) but I’m not sure how far this little ball will get me. Should I add more on when it runs out? Maybe boarder colours? Or should I just go as far as it gets?
I have planned to make 2 6 day star blankets as Xmas gifts 😂😂 and also I have to finish my own Xmas gifts which is also a blanket. 🥲🥲
Also I want to do a blanket for my dad and one for my aunt and uncle but I think their’s will be like one that is out at the end of the bed you know?
Lol I never though my theme this year would be ✨blankets✨
God help me
