It doesn't matter if you're a man or woman. You just have to be a bro.
Brochet, a subreddit for bros who crochet.
Hello all and welcome to /r/Brochet. Here you can post your WIP (Works in progress), finished projects, and project ideas. Feel free to post any patterns you brocheters come across, as well as anything you may be looking for.
Whether you're a dudebro or ladybro or whatever other kind of bro you are, you're more than welcome here
If you want to post a link to something that costs money, like a pattern or supply deal, save it for Free-Market Fridays. If it's a limited-time sale or something that you just can't pass up sharing, it may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
Please try to flair your posts so other users can filter easily. It's not a strict rule, but it would be appreciated.

Now on row 24 and it's getting so fun to work on as it gets bigger
Again, first completed project and I winged it😭
Pattern by me!!
((Ignore the itto body pillow))
I used big twist sparkle white and bernat simply soft party black to make this. Size 6 hook. Blocked to 4.5". Took 3 months to make. My plan is to add a back and either sherpa or faux fur to make it warmer but the crochet part is done. There are two errors: one rotated skull in the upper left corner you can see, and I changed how I did the join of the granny squares partway through the rightmost row and used that method the rest of the way.
Like, will I get into legal trouble? My brothers often show me crochet stuff from Minecraft and Nintendo that they'd want me to make. I've been playing with the idea of selling patterns because almost everything I make is free handed and so I might as well write down the pattern while I'm at it. But would it be an issue if for example I made an amigurumi of a character that doesn't belong to me? I've seen some designers selling Nintendo or Disney patterns, did they get some kind of permission or do the companies just not notice or care?
Finished another beanie , was going to make it into a balaclava but didn't really work , ( my dog approved of the finished peice )
Left to free-range in the craft store ( spotlight , for all the Australians ) while the other half was food shopping
What's everyone's latest craft store purchases ??
its not blocked yet, but im super happy with how it turned out!
Been following this community for a little bit and have always appreciated seeing all the awesome stuff everyone posts. Here is my first completed project. Not as adorable as the tutorial or others, but aiming for progress not perfection
She made it using 3 colors of blanket yarn, stuffing, and a dowel rod in the handle.
