I wanted to share a guided meditation I found super helpful for manifestation and aligning energy with personal goals. It's a short 15-minute session focusing on visualization, affirmations, and creating clarity for your dreams.
I’ve noticed it helps me stay calm and focused on what I truly want to achieve. If you’re into manifestation or visualization practices, you might enjoy it.
What’s your favorite way to use meditation for manifestation? Would love to hear your thoughts
Meditations by Marcus Aurelius is a series of personal reflections on Stoic philosophy. It emphasizes self-discipline, virtue, and accepting what we cannot control. Marcus highlights the importance of rationality, focusing on the present, and acting with integrity and humility in leadership and interactions.
Hi im an artist and devotee of goddess Kali and i recently made a meditative song for her, i figured this might be a good place to share it <3.

The song is a prayer and invokes her protection by using certain mantras as well as awakening your own power to set boundaries in life.
Lam - the beej mantra of the muladhara chakra - this grounds you
Kreem Hom Kreem - Kalis beej mantra - Destroying negative energies and obstacles in life
Aum Maha Kalikaye Namahah - A praise for my dear goddess
For a composition of various relaxation tracks, I am now looking for one with a stylish forest atmosphere at night, in which a few tawny owls can be heard?
If possible, it should be without voices and also without instruments. And no crickets either, please (those loud things really get on my nerves)!
Imagine it like this: You're walking along the edge of or through the middle of a forest in the late evening, see the clear starry sky and hear a couple of tawny owls making those authentic calls in the distance that are often used very briefly in radio plays (that "Huuuh... Huh-Huh").
That's exactly what I'm looking for. Any experience-based recommendations?
