Here's a description or bio of sorts that describes /r/army and directly translates here:
/r/army is a community dedicated mostly to past, present, and future members of the United States Army, although it is open to other branches of the military, service men and women from other countries, and those who are just interested in the Army and its culture. We ask each other questions about daily goings-on, share pertinent news, support one another, entertain ourselves, and have informational threads where people can ask questions about the military on an open floor. It is not official nor does it necessarily represent the opinion of the US Army.

Anybody playing? If so, gfern9 on origin.
FTL is on sale. One of my favorite ways to kill time, and it's a perfect army game since you can pause whenever and pick it up later. PM me your steam name. Merry Christmas, hope it's going decent.
I cant add the link or anything to my discord. Also ps4 name "decarousnex"?
Anyone want to play? I know the game has received a lot of flak but I trusted in ubi and paid the price. "Decarousnex" add me.
Who all is going to be playing the division 2 on xbox? I'm going to start a clan and of course all veterans are encouraged to join. I'm the only army guy in my group, 2 are navy and 2 are civilians. My GT is x1Battle1x and I will be on the open beta this weekend.
I just signed my papers last week. 68C. My AIT is 52 weeks. I have all the science prereqs for PA school, and have worked in a hospital for the past 2 years. I was told that my AIT experience will be more enjoyable than others. Location: Sam Houston, but I heard I would be traveling to different hospital in later phases. I don't know if that means I will be moving to different rooms too.
I currently game on PC with an enormous setup:
34in ultrawide LG 34uc87cd
PC inside a Phanteks Enthoo Tempered glass
AD900x w/ DAC/AMP combo
ATR2500
My plan was to sell the computer before I ship out, and purchase a mitx computer from a site to reduce the size. I was hoping that I could use my monitor, but I have no idea what the rooms will be like.
I also have a PS4 and Switch. Should I just buy a cheap laptop and wait until my duty station? Should I give up on gaming for awhile? d
