  • If text is illegible please post a transcript in the comments.
  • No racism or personal attacks. Basically follow the reddiquette.

Christoph Haizmann's pact with the Devil, 1669. A poor painter, Haizmann allegedly entered a contract where the Devil would collect his soul in 9 years' time. In 1677, as the pact was coming due, Haizmann experienced demonic possession. After being cured by exorcism, he became a monk. [735x600]
