Can I get friends without a level just using a link and if so, can someone invite me?

I'm trying to determine how to use cheats on the game and I can't seem to figure out how to do so. There's very few resources online as well so help would be appreciated, Thanks!

I've been playing the North American animal reserve challenge, and I built a Savannah habitat with antelope items, placed in some Arabian Oryx Antelopes and none of them will eat, so they keep getting confiscated. They have food, I've placed food in all the slots and they will register to eat. Anyone know how to fix this?

I spend my time emptying the bins

Is there a command to do it by a global way ?

Hi there! This is my first real Reddit post :) trying my best to be thorough.

I was looking for help to figure out the One of Each, One of Everything, and The Zoo Tycoon achievements online, and found this subreddit. A previous user (who has since deleted their account, sadly) made a great spreadsheet to help keep track of animals adopted, bred, released, social size, etc. It was awesome! However I found it was out of date with the version of the game I have, so I spent some time (way too much time, but hey, it's quarantine time so...) updating and improving it!

I believe that the information in it is correct, but in looking at official sites online and comparing it to available in-game information, there were some inconsistencies. So, I generally went with whatever information the game had, and filled in gaps with what I found online - this was mostly in terms of conservation status, everything else pretty much matched up.

The trackers are mostly based on long-term goals and achievements, so many achievements will be gained along the way. I was finding it difficult to keep track of which animals I still needed to work with, and which I could move on from. The game helps keep track in various menu options, but having it all in one place so I can check it off as I play has been really helpful.

Trackers included:

1. Animal Tracker (for breeding and taking pictures of each animal and variant)
2. Compatibility (to find which animals can live together in an exhibit)
3. Hidden Coins (this page has spoilers!!!! If you want to find the coins yourself, don't look at this page of the spreadsheets. There are instructions for how to find each one. This information I found online at https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1514178984. )
4. Challenge Zoos (to keep track of which animals to send to the reserve from each zoo to fulfill the Star Species at another Challenge Zoo)

On the spreadsheet, the column for Completed on the main page should change color when everything is completed for that animal - adopted, picture taken, bred, variant born, variant picture taken, released. Animals in mini exhibits can't be bred, so that is taken into account and they need only be adopted, picture, and released.

Hey guys, I understand all of you have played or want to play the new Zoo Tycoon on either Xbox 360 or Xbox One.

Well for me the world is a different place to yours as I do not own one of those consoles, I own a PC running Windows 10.

I use my machine for all my gaming details and preferences and one of the game I enjoy to play is Zoo Tycoon 2. Lately I have been watching game play videos on YouTube of the Zoo Tycoon available on the Xbox consoles and this has made me want to play the game.

Do any one of you know if and when Zoo Tycoon will be available on PC. And even if I have to do some weird witchcraft of my PC I would do it as long as I can play the game.

I've beaten all the other easy and normal campaign scenarios except for this one. It's driving me crazy! I can never seem to get the guest rating up to 8000. Anybody know any tricks for quicker guest rating improvements?

Hey /r/ZooTycoonX, my friend and I are trying to play co-op in Zoo Tycoon, but whenever one of us sends an invite to the other it brings up a message telling us the invite has been declined or timed-out, while never delivering the message.

If we try to join the session in progress, it tells us 'This zoo is currently being edited by [username]. To collaborate on that zoo, join their party and have them send you an invite from the Zoo Friends list.' This occurs regardless of whether we're in a party or not, and always results in the same problem as above. I'm thoroughly confused, and we're both pretty disappointed that we can't get into a session together.

A lot of people think the zoo limit in the game should be higher since there's so much content to build. I agree. Check out this recent post about the game on the /r/xboxone subreddit.

The developer of the game, Frontier Developments, has a forum set up for the game. There is already a thread about the topic there about the limit.

I'm thinking that if more people bring this up with the developer, it might make increasing the limit a higher priority. Now to be realistic, as it's a game published by Microsoft Studios, it might never happen. But at the very least, I hope it results in an official response to this gameplay problem.

Bases on the wiki the xbox360 version lacks 36 animals compared to the xboxone version of the game. Can anyone tell me this is true? Thinking about getting one, but if this is true, i'll push it forward untill the day i'm finally able to buy a xboxone (probably never :'D)

One thing I like about management games is that I can do whatever I want and run my zoo/town/whatever as I see fit.

On the flip side, one thing that bugs me about managing something is poor efficiency.

So I usually end up creating a checklist/spreadsheet for some of the games I play and somehow, still end up enjoying it. In this case, the spreadsheet was partly for quick reference but also to keep track of what animals I've already adopted. Spreadsheets also let you sort and filter data so that's a plus. I'm obviously going for the achievements you get for breeding one of everything and that includes taking photos of every animal and their variants which is why there are fields to record that information.

I thought I'd share this thing since it's been pretty helpful to me. I originally created it using Numbers for the Mac as it allowed me to sync the data between my Mac and iPad. The option to use checkboxes in the cells (Numbers version only) let me easily check things off when I'm playing from the couch. For the purpose of sharing, I also converted it to Google spreadsheet which would also allow someone to download it in another other format

Notes:

1. The following columns (F:J) are designed to contain a value being true or false: In stock, Adopted, Bred, Variant, Released. The cells should change colour depending on the value in the Google doc version.
2. The column titled "Completed" contains a value that will indicate whether all of the following columns are true: Adopted, Bred, Variant, Released. It just meant that I didn't need to bother with that particular animal anymore.
3. I'm missing minimum social size for some animals because I forgot to record them or haven't adopted them yet.
4. The Numbers version contains two additional tables that just lists the types of enrichments each animal likes most as well as other animal types they're compatible with. I didn't actually find this very useful but recorded it anyway.
5. I'm currently just going through Challenge mode so this might not be capturing everything required for Campaign mode.
6. Special thanks to /u/Sockthenshoe and /u/kaospenguin and their spreadsheet in this thread. Saved me some typing when I was putting this together.
7. I've been "playing" this game too much.

I saw complaints when this was released that the map looks huge and you can scroll for a while but can only actually use a small part of it and only place 100 items. Is this still true or has an update changed this because this is the deciding factor for me in getting this game

Seems a bit buggy. I released a total of 50 in one shot but only 40% of them got counted. Might have to do 2-3 sweeps of 50 to get the achievement. Can be done in free mode.

Update: So I decided to give it another pass, i ended up getting the cheevo after releasing a few more lions.
