Hello folks,
About 4 months ago I went through an orthopedic surgery, which was followed by post-op rehab back in US done both by me at home and a physical therapist twice a week.
My PT back home wants me to continue seeing a PT twice a week while I am in Armenia as well. I went and saw one today. The price I was quoted was 10K drams for a 15-minute session. I think it’s obscene to pay that much in Armenia for PT. In US the PT clinic I go to has a cash rate of $95 for 40 minutes (for those who don’t have health insurance) and that’s in San Francisco - a very expensive area.
Can someone please recommend me a good physical therapy place in Yerevan that charges reasonable rates?
Thank you all so much in advance!
My friend is going to Yerevan and needs long term accomodation preferably somewhere where they could work in exchange for accomodation while they get settled. If not one of the student type places would be good as well. I left Yerevan a while ago and people I reached out to have also left so I don't have many contacts around. Does anyone have any recommendations? Could be Dilijan or Gyumri if anyone knows about anything there. Thank you in advance.

It looks like most stores in Yerevan carry Diesel tops, what about Diesel denim pants? Does anyone know of a store that carries those?
What about other popular designer jeans, like G-Star?
And now more general, if the above two are not common in Yerevan, what’s a good store to buy high quality European or American denim clothing?
Thank you all 🙏🏻
I’m looking for a clinic that offers remote consultations before the procedure, like creating a treatment plan based on the x-rays I provide, figure out a schedule in advance, etc.

Tripadvisor is great for restaurants and hotels. What about other stuff like dry cleaning services, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc?
Is Yandex Maps the way to go? Google doesn’t seem to have all the listings, but maybe it’s the area that I am im that doesn’t have much going on.
Would appreciate advice/thoughts:)
I just wanted to complain of the terrible air quality in Yerevan. We're close to dangrous levels now. AQI 170 is not even funny.
After a bit of research the main reason behind it is car emissions. Not only we drive junkyard-grade cars from the west, we also REMOVE the goddamn catalizers from it! Things that are significantly reducing the bad emissions from a car.
How can the entire nation be so shortsighted to buy a car and immediately remove the catalizer from it?
How can I pay for on-street parking for a car with foreign (Georgia) license plates? I dried the iDRAM website (https://www.idram.am/) but it does not accept Georgia license plate numbers.

Hi!
I am a solo traveller (32/m) and I am spending 3 days in Yerevan - I am super excited!
Could anyone recommend any good local restaurants that serve traditional food - I will literally eat anything and the more authentic the better.
I am doing my research but I’m finding it quite hard to differentiate between good and touristy, so any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you so much in advance :)
Why is the thunder so intense here? Lol
I'm from California I'm not used to this. Is there like some kind of geographic explanation?
What are some places in Yerevan where one can comfortably ride a bike without bumping into people or traffic? I've tried parks but they are typically crowded and have narrow pathways.
