Swami Vivekananda, a Hindu monk who is one of India's most well-known spiritual leaders, was a Hindu. Even now, young people all around the world continue to be profoundly influenced by the internationally renowned Indian saint of the nineteenth century. He was more than just a spiritual intellect; he was also a superb orator, a passionate nationalist, and a bright thinker. He introduced the free-thinking philosophy of his teacher Ramakrishna Paramhansa into a brand-new paradigm. If not, every problem in life has a spiritual solution centre. You'll be able to find the answer by broadening your awareness and looking at the problem from several angles. Today's world is in a chaotic situation on both a mental and physical level.
Hey fellow pilgrims! For those who attended Krakow 2016, I need help finding the name of a band from the Youth Festival in the off-chance one of you guys recognize them. They were an alternative rock group that performed at plac Jana Nowaka Jeziorańskiego on the evening of Wednesday, 27 July (according to the date taken of a pic I have from then). I think they were singing in French, but I'm not positive. Any ideas?
Hello All,
My wife went to WYD in Krakow back in 2016 and had to leave her Yellow Backpack behind b/c she couldn't fit it in her luggage. I was wondering if anyone had the same one and would offer to sell it to me so I can surprise her. Please PM me if you are able to help. God bless!
Already decided. I am!
We were wanting to go to see Matt Maher et al, but we heard that it was packed and that they stopped letting people in. Can anyone who went tell me how it was?
St John-Paul II and Our Lady of Czestochowa are (by the Lord's power, and I think with other saints) both guiding me in my great endeavour of renewing my faith, and my marriage. While in Poland, and especially at their shrines in Krakow and Czestochowa, respectively, please pray for me and my wife. Pray for me to understand what I am to do. Pray for her to return to the Church. Pray for us to reconcile and reunite.
Please, please pray for us. Thank you all, so very much.
Anyone in line for packet pickup at dworzec glowny(main train station) right now?

It is called Info WYD 2016: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ionicframework.wyd399520
Take a look and I would appreciate your feedback :)
Thanks and take care during the event!
Howdy, pilgrims. (I could not resist, lol)
My parish's pilgrimage group are going to do me a very special favour, taking with them a rosary I'm making for my wife, to be blessed by Pope Francis, and to make it a third class relic of St. John-Paul II. As a thank-you gift, I'm going to make each of them a chaplet. It's either going to be St. Bernadette (our parish patroness) or St. James (patron of pilgrim). I wondered if this is something they might trade with other pilgrims, or give away as gifts while they are there?
Which do you think I should make for them?
This blog post demonstrates a powerful but simple lifestyle "hack" that would help ensure that the lessons learned and experiences felt from this past World Youth Day would be further ingrained in our own lives, months and years from now.

I have been through WYD before and I know the type of experience a pilgrim can have. There's nothing better. I did a little bit of all the activities from the previous WYD (Concerts, gatherings, Adoration, Conventions...etc.) If you guys have questions, Shoot away.
