The one and only subreddit dedicated to quick and accurate aircraft identification (helicopters, rockets and spaceships welcome)! Please read the rules.
Please only post planes! It does not matter if it is in a game, the plane does not exist, or whatever. Oh and btw, we also allow rockets and spaceships for some diversity.
Rules
Must be about planes. All posts must be about aircraft, this is obviously explained by the name of this sub.
Don't be rude. This is a clean and friendly sub where there will be no fighting, name calling, or accusations allowed.
Do not answer posts with “It’s a plane.” The goal of this sub is to help others successfully identify aircraft. Responding with “plane” is not helpful, and will result in your comment being removed.
Refrain from involving politics. Many aircraft are used in war. Nevertheless, please keep any political discussions to a minimum; historical facts are, of course, allowed.
Mark your post solved. When you are satisfied with an answer please reply to that comment with "Solved!" (without the quotes). This will mark the post solved.
Post has to be an identifying post. Please only use this subreddit as an identifying subreddit. If you want more info about anything, we will refer you to subreddits like r/airplanes , r/aviation , r/flying and others.

The airport in Vegas. Harry Reid I think it is now. Taken from my room at the Luxor.
Are they actually the area 51 planes?
Also sorry for the potato quality. Angled windows and low zoom phone cameras are a bad combo.
Found outside of the RCAF Museum in Ontario
Near the Air Force base in Las Vegas
These are all the photos I have from the flight. it was a direct flight *I think* from LROP Bucharest to MDLR la romana airport in dominican republic. on march 11 2022. Pls pls help!!!!
Just saw in SWFL. Looked like a single prop in the rear. I checked Flightradar24 and it wasn't transmitting.
I did try using Gemini but it either shows forward prop planes or those with forked-tails like the P-38 Lightning. I unfortunately couldn't make out any tail numbers either.
These are the screenshots from the video I took. I tried taking the clearest frames from the video since my camera changed focus a couple times while taping it.
Located in the Chicago area today. The other ones are Beecher A45 Mentor.
based on the satellite imagery it looks like they were put there in 2011 and haven't moved since
⚠️ I am 90% certain it had 2 vertical fins, and I am 80% the fins were \ / not | | ⚠️
Tan jet was flying low above my house on Saturday or Sunday. I checked FR24, but the plane wasn’t on there. It had 2 fins, but didn’t really look like a hornet, but it could’ve just been a weird angle. The color is what really through me off because I’ve never seen one before.
I live by a few bases, and one of them regularly flys F/A-18’s and Ive also seen F-16’s and even 3 F-35’s, A-10’s and a few other jets flying around but I’ve never seen one this color. The color may have been slightly lighter than the 3D CGI rendering above, but I wasn’t able to get my phone out in time.
TacticalAir often flys around and has some uncommon fighters such as their recently acquired some F-5’s they got from the Jordanian Airforce which may be what I saw.
Another possibility is that maybe it had been deployed in the Middle East and hadn’t had a winery changed yet. We also have RAF flying around in drilling fairly often so I’m not sure if that helps.
I know the quality is bad but best I could get
When to Luke today for some photo shotting, really struggle to identify what aircraft is that.
I don't have a picture of this, but the top-down of the plane looks something like this. I remember seeing it at the National Air and Space museum in DC, but I couldn't find a mention of it anywhere. Definitely a drone/pilotless demonstrator, the one example I remember had a blue and white paint job.
Near Kansas City downtown airport headed south. I thought it could be an F/A-18 but I’m not sure.
This is an old photo my grandfather had. He took it while flying B-57s in Vietnam. I know the plane in the foreground dropping bombs is a B-57 but not familiar with the one that is above it in the center of the frame. Any help identifying would be greatly appreciated!!
