The (Un)Official /r/Opiates Juke Box!
This is a place for those of us from /r/opiates to post music to share with each other, but you don't have to be on dope to be here.
Songs don't have to be about heroin or drugs in general, but should be something you like when you're nodding.
Try to stick to stuff that you think people should hear, not things everyone already knows. Of course we have a few standards up.
We don't want to overmoderate this subreddit so just be respectful, post good music, and don't shit-talk anyone's submissions. Intelligent critiques are welcome but please try not to bash anything.
Please use the 'flair' button for the genre of your song.
Any attacking of posters or commenters based on our drug use will result in a ban, no questions asked.

I'm still alive. Been clean(ish) for many years, but i just did a cumulative 2 years in federal prison for helping migrants with evading border patrol. Fun times. Hope everyone is well. Lost a couple of very good people while I was gone.
I am not asking what song is best to listen to while high but, more-so ,what song sort of embodies the euphoria that is felt when taking opioids. I would prefer if y’all focused more on the melody and the instrumentals than the lyrics.
For me, it’s really any song with a harp or upbeat piano. In particular, I think the Glee version of “Touch-a Touch-a Touch-a” for some reason completely satisfies this itch.
Hey everyone, making a master Spotify playlist of relatable songs about addiction, recovery, loving an addict, or generally anything relatable to us fellow addicts and alcoholics. Hunting for songs with vibe of lumineers, camp, rainbow kitten surprise, Ezra bell (underrated but a MUST listen - so many relatable lyrics) obviously Lana, backseat lovers, etc) I have many but curious of your favorites and would love to discover more a once done I'll add in a link to the playlist.
What do you listen? Any playlist to share?
Check out the song Reminisce but Punky ft. Tommy Ballin. These guys are super underrated fr.
If anyone wants angry fucking lyrics and angry fucking music cause of their circumstances, then I'd really recommend the hardcore band (idk it's just hardcore or metalcore technically) called Thrown, and their EP called extended pain.
