Hi! Figured this is the best community to ask re: my voting ballot status. I voted blue in FL via mail in ballot & used ballotttrax to get updates. When I checked my status today, it just says:
“Your ballot has been received and is being processed! Thank you for voting!” . (Pic of message attached)
I’m worried because my boyfriend’s mail in ballot status says:
“Your ballot was received and has been counted. Thank you for voting!”
I voted in Lake County, Florida & my boyfriend voted in Seminole County, Florida. Do FL counties use different wording on ballottrax or did my vote not actually count?
Hi all:
Thank you in advance, please read this whole post.
If anyone can spare the time and effort, please help with the ballot curing that needs done in Pennsylvania. This is from someone within the Casey Campaign.
Edit: For some reason most of the info didn't post. Here it is...
The Casey team could use some help curing ballots over the next few days:
If you'd like to come to PA this long weekend to help us cure ballots- and have an ability to get to PA ASAP- but need help with expenses, please fill out this form and the DSCC will be in touch.
You can volunteer to door knock to cure ballots in Philadelphia.
You can volunteer to door knock to cure ballots (outside of Philly).
I am looking to take action and help my community following this years election. I used to volunteer in highschool at a homeless shelter/kitchen. But I haven't rolled up my sleeves in a while and I'm not really sure where to start or who most needs my help.
Does anybody have any resources or tips for getting involved? Thanks!
Does anyone know how to check to see if my vote was counted in Kentucky? I tried Vote.org but when I click on track my ballot it just takes me to voter registration. I've been seeing so many people talk about their vote not being counted and now I'm worried.
We've seen the election results, just like you. And our response is simple:
#WE'RE. NOT. GOING. BACK.
This community was born eight years ago in the aftermath of the first Trump election. As r/BlueMidterm2018, we went from scared observers to committed activists. We were a part of the blue wave in 2018, the toppling of Trump in 2020, and Roevember in 2022 - and hundreds of other wins in between. And that's what we're going to do next. And if you're here, so are you.
We're done crying, pointing fingers, and panicking. None of those things will save us. Winning some elections and limiting Trump's reach will save us.
So here's what we need you all to do:
Keep volunteering! Did you know we could still win the House and completely block Trump's agenda? You can help voters whose ballots were rejected get counted! Sign up here!
Get ready for upcoming elections! Mississippi - you have runoffs November 26th! Georgia - you're up on December 3rd! Louisiana - see you December 7th for an absolutely critical House runoff! And it's never too early to start organizing for the Wisconsin Supreme Court election in April, or Virginia and New Jersey next November. Lots of campaigns want your help!
Get involved! Your local Democratic Party needs you. No more complaining about how the party should be - it's time to show up and make it happen.
There are scary times ahead, and the only way to make them less scary is to strip as much power away from Republicans as possible. And that's not Kamala Harris' job, or Chuck Schumer's job, or the DNC's job. It's our job, as people who understand how to win elections. Pick up that phonebanking shift, knock those doors, tell your friends to register and vote, and together we'll make an America that embraces everyone.
If you believe - correctly - that our lives depend on it, the time to act is now.
We're not going back.
Hi there!
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm stuck and trying to figure this out.
I'm able to access my voter registration record (where it shows I'm registered), and the earlyvoting.texas-election.com website has information on early voting when it comes to mail-in ballots, but not in-person voting by date.
Outside of calling the Dallas county office direct, is there a way to figure out if my in-person vote was counted?
Thanks in advance for any responses, and feel free to redirect me if I should post this somewhere else.
EDIT: Thanks to u/BeyondLiesTheWub, you can check whether your vote was counted here:
https://www.dallascountyvotes.org/election-results/historical/november-5-2024-general-joint-election/
Quote:
It’s a huge spreadsheet but if you voted early in person you should be on there. If you voted on Election Day then try the “Election Day Roster” file.
To add to this, when you open the spreadsheet, hit CTRL + F and search for your name. If your name is there, then your vote counted.
