Looking to getting either a Mitsubishi Outlander or Hyundai Veloster. Both have 99K miles, but the Veloster had front damage that needed towing. Still, I really liked how it drove, but don’t know if it would be worth the cheaper price. What’s the consensus?
Maybe he wrecked his Genesis and kept the badge🤣
Picked up this girl, 2016 VT with 46k miles on her. Already added the tint and new shoes. Just needs a paint restore and she’s spotless.
2017 base model, only 16k miles, practically brand new! 3 days in and loving it!
So recently I’ve been having trouble with the aftermarket alarm. From what I know it’s a KARR alarm system I don’t know which version of it. It’s supposed to flash blue once it’s locked but I accidentally set the alarm off and now the light won’t stop flashing. I don’t know if this is the subreddit to ask but I’m hoping I can get a answer.
Anyone else have their fabric sunroof cover stop retracting??? How much of a bear is it to replace??? 2016 Base NA...
New to this, I’ve had her since May of this year. Just got the blown turbo replaced and a new water pump and she’s running great! She’s so beautiful!
Question, what should I add to her? Body kit parts, wings, under the hood parts? She’s at 89,800 miles currently. 2013 Turbo model.
So my 2013 Hyundai veloster turbo started leaking oil. It has about 81,000 miles, and is still running great. I haven’t been driving it much since I discovered the leak, but I always check the oil levels first if I have to drive it. I took it to a couple shops and they said it’s the front crankshaft seal, but they don’t have the right tools to fix it (I can’t remember exactly what they said, something about a specific tool to hold the engine in place while conducting the repair). They told me to go to the dealer for it. I have an appointment next week at the dealer. Just wondering what I should expect. Anyone ever deal with this repair? What kind of price should I expect? Thanks in advance for any info.
here's mine!
Hey Everyone! Just wanted to post this here to help anyone with the same issue because it truly was a pain to deal with.
I hit a pothole a month ago which caused my CarPlay to disconnect. Ever since then the CarPlay has been spotty and keeps disconnecting every few minutes. I’ve tried several different cables and phones to no avail. I’ve also replaced the actual USB/AUX port 3 different times!!!!
I also took it to two separate mechanics who misdiagnosed the issue and couldn’t figure out what was wrong.
Long story short, I took out the radio and simply disconnected and reconnected the usb cable from the back and Viola it worked!!
If anyone needs help removing the radio or any questions just go ahead and ask!
Hey yall. I bought a 2016 veloster 80k. Everything’s works great and the AC was Ice cold for as long as I’ve had it.
I drove the car to work today and the AC was working fine. I started it back up on my break and it was blowing room temperature air. This is a long shot to try and get it diagnosed but is there anything I should look at or do before taking it to a mechanic?
The air is blowing strong, and the heat is working really well too. It’s just the cold air is coming out as outside temperature out of nowhere.
ALSO: I did take out the radio yesterday and all the panels necessary…. Maybe that affected it someway somehow? Thanks a lot
Bought 2020 N used with only 3k miles 6 months ago. Already up to 15k. In love with my Veloster N and don’t worry I tinted the windows
Was wondering if these will fit in my 2012
I'm the orange! Definitely have done this without documenting it before I knew it was a thing🤣
I have a 2013 NAV and the ac keeps turning on whenever i shut the fans off and turn them back on again and whenever i switch vents to whichever and back to the windshield warmer and legs it turns on as well... any ideas?
So today when i started my car my engine was knocking and and gave the code p1326. I was like ah shit thinking it was the sensor or something but it turns out according to Pep Boys I need a new engine. I have 118k miles on it, and I remember some of y’all talking about the 150k miles warranty thing involving the engine?? Can someone please fill me in on that so I can see if by miracle my car meets that criteria? Thank you!!! I appreciate any help!!
Need new ones mine sound terrible now
Hello all,
Does anyone here have recommendations for an aftermarket remote start kit for the second generation Velosters? My free blue link subscription expired at the end of last winter, and I would like to get remote start back in the car. However, I am not a fan of the subscription based platform they offer through the app (I only want the remote start function), so I want to explore aftermarket options.
