We have just decided to host a friendly 5K competition! We created it mainly as a push to get in shape and be more active/healthy. There will be several categories to compete in and you can compete in any number or all of them. Running in an actual 5k race isnt required but encouraged!

The Start Date for the competition is : July 17th at 7AM EST.

The End Date is the last day in august.

There will most likely be more categories added before it starts so make sure to keep checking back!

A new thread will be created once the competition starts and you can post progress and entries into the categories there.
