What chapter of the frozen fanfic Tempest did Hans decide to save Anna from a collapsing warehouse at the cost of his legs?

Chapter 38 Rewrite

Here: https://www.fanfiction.net/s/9972423/38/Tempest

You may notice my writing style has changed; I've been rewriting Tempest to have more of a nineteenth century Gothic vibe, to better fit the setting and themes.

Just a random though about Elsa

I’ve just realised that, in her ability, she’s like a combination of Thorri and Thor, in a sense of winter personified and an ability of create lightning. and they both starts with “thor-”

A minor error in Chapter 30

In chapter 30, Elsa says:

. . . When I spoke with the Sorcerer, he mentioned that he had—you mentioned that you had—created a reliquary. And that it was killing you. Will the same thing happen to me?

but as far as I’ve read (and I’ve searched through the text using “regex” just to clarify it) Elsa knows it because Anna told it to her in Chapter 26 (page 367 in Tempest Master Collection), not because Elsa spoke with the sorcerer.

Please let me know if there’s anything wrong in my idea.

PDF compilation and gathering opinions about its design

Basically, I was fiddling with LaTeX (an automated typesetting program) and I just thought it would be good for us to have a PDF version of the fiction we all love (and of course, if /u/kaiserklee approves this idea).

I’m attaching the sample of the design that I suggest, which is ToC and First chapter compiled. Download

Please feel free to give me an opinion and any improvements about the design.

Just finished Tempest...

My God, I am still reeling from the impact. What a story!

Once I have the time, I shall do a re-read. And this time I will dissect all of the Sorcerer's actions. It will be fun.

(SPOILER)

One of the most thought-provoking thing about the final parts of Tempest was how Ed!Anna wasn't so much of Edmund's mind in Anna's body, but rather, a merging of them(though obviously with Edmund much more in control), allowing Anna's darkest desires to seep through. The way Ed!Anna kept claiming to be Anna carried much more weight this way.

Chapter 14 Discussion Thread

Do You Want To Build A Snowman?

We get an insight into Elsa's mind, as well as Hans. Discuss! I personally like that the title is referenced later on (those who've finished the story know what I'm talking about).

Strange thing is that I wanted to do this for a day or two, then out of nowhere /u/kaiserklee announced Polaris (spoilers!) Weird, huh?
