Do you really have to have a dealer give you the price of a leer topper?

I was looking on the leer website and was surprised that I couldn’t get a price for any of the toppers. How does this usually work with dealers. Is it in the contract that they install it as well? I’m good for that to get it all done at once so I can drive off with it from the dealership.

Also is there an OEM topper or are these all third party?

Anyone have any recommendations for a 2024 Tacoma?

Tacoma losing power at high rpm

I recently put a s&b intake on my 2022 Tacoma trd. It sounds great but I've noticed every once in a while when flooring it, the engine goes quiet and I lose all power while the rpms stay high. I have to then let off the gas and wait for the rpms to drop before I can give it gas again. Does anyone know what this could be?

SR5 vs Off Road.

I'm wondering what people think of the difference is between highway driving on an Sr5 or off road regarding 150mile drives weekly. I'm going to be taking it from CT to VT skiing. Let me know about the ride.

Winter tires and wheels

Recently traded in my 2020 TRD Sport Premium for a 2024 TRD Sport Premium. Wondering if I can use the same winter tires and rims that I had for my old truck.

2024 came with 265/65R18

Winters I had on the 2020 are 265/70R16

Any help would be appreciated.

How do I tell if I already have an OTT done?

I bought a 2023 TRD Sport used with 10k on it. Has ran great and honestly can get on it when I need it too. I don’t feel I have the same complaints as others when it comes to the tuning. Is it possible I already have the OTT done and how would I tell? This is my first Taco but we have a 2021 4Runner and my truck definitely is can run circles around the 4Runner.

Never buying another toyota again.

My 3rd gen transmission failed 2200 miles out of the 60k warranty. Toyota doesn't want to goodwill a replacement or help. It's all on me for $6400. No help at all. What happened to the brand built on reliability. My bmw has 191k with the original transmission. Just on principle alone, I can't bring myself to own and support Toyota if they don't make this right or at least offer to help. I'm waiting to hear back from the corporate supervisor, but it's looking bleak. If anyone wants to scoope up a 21 trd double bed long bed. For $6400 less than blue book, hit me up.

Need recommendations- wireless carplay receiver 2017 Tacoma SR5 no JBL

I'm looking to swap out the stock receiver in my wife's 2017 Tacoma SR5 double cab w/o JBL with for one with wireless CarPlay on $400 Budget does not include the wiring harness, etc to keep it stock. I already bought the Parking Brake Bypass, PAC CAM-TY12 and PAC - RP4.2-TY11 module. I want to keep all the stock features (backup camera, steering controls, etc.) and keep the OEM. I've been looking into the models below. Waiting probably for Black Friday to see if there is possible discounts. Need to ask if overall feedback on preference if this was your truck.

Below is the list with current pricing is seen: Kenwood DMX-9707S $588, Kenwood DMX-8709S $449, JVC KW-M785BW $378, Pioneer DMH-W3050NEX $399, Pioneer DMH-W3000NEX $349, Pioneer DMH-W2770NEX $349, Sony XAV AX4000 $398
