I went for a test drive in a Suzuki Swift VII 2024 83 HP today. I think the manual transmission is just horrible, gear ratio is absolutely weird and also the clutch is horrible. Is the Swift VI the same or is it better?
Hello, I have a '97 Vitara 1.9, but the front interior lights aren't working. I started by buying some new bulbs, but the problem seems to persist. The interior light on the back seats works, so I'm guessing it's not a problem with the DOME fuse, otherwise even the back light wouldn't work. I think it might be related to a problem with the cable that connects to the light switch, or the lights not being the right ones (I'm using c5w 12v 31mm). Does anyone know what it could be? thanks
I have a 2012 Suzuki Kizashi and have put a lot of work into it. I live in the states where there are no longer any Suzuki dealers and they no longer make Suzukis all together. Recently got a new (ofc used) transmission which was pricey but worth it bc I really do love this car. I have almost 200,000 miles on it, thank u ahead of time!!
Can't replace it
Im looking for one in good condition, but there's not that many of them being sold atm. Drove over 2h to take a look at one that looked mint outside, but there was a lot of rust under it and an oil leakage, so I didnt buy it. I really fell in love with that car, it's just everything i'd like to own, but i'm starting to get worried about not being able to find a good one, ever.
Sup everyone. Just joined and wanted to share my 94 suzuki swift sedan
Finally, picked up my '21 Vitara a few days ago. She's already got around 105k km! Original owner was a travelling nurse I guess, hence the higher mileage. It was her lease vehicle. She took it the same Suzuki dealership for all maintenance, which is the same dealership I just bought it from. Besides a few small paint chips, seemed like in great shape; the maintenance log book looked complete and was well-tracked. This is in France, so I was told there isn't really somethinf like a Carfax like we do in the US. I felt a little uneasy sort of just taking the dealership's word for it, but it is an actual Suzuki dealership, so I figured what the heck. All in all, out the door was €15,790 including a 12-month warranty. What do you think? Was this a good deal?
Has anyone tweaked with the settings of TSR (Traffic Sign Recognition) in their Suzuki car that came after the newest regulations came in effect some year ago? What settings are memorized after turning off and on the engine again?
I am not against it, and I find it useful, but I would like it to be less aggressive as I don't like too many sounds when driving.
Ideally, I would like to see it blink, but without sounds. Low volume is also fine.
Also, it would be nice if the offset itself is tweakable. Where I live, there's a 10km/h allowable threshold before you're fined with a speeding ticket, and most of us that drive normally here keep our speed at the lower end of that. Beeps for driving over the 40km/h limit while I'm driving 42km/h alert me rather unnecessary.
Hello everyone! Question: Has anyone else had this error with a Suzuki Ignis? The screen gets stuck on that security message. How could it be fixed?
Hi guys! So basically im looking to buy a Swift Sport MK1 from 2009, and im eyeing one up, it looks really good but the seat has cigarette burns so it'd need reupholstering. I wonder whether it's possible (and easy...) to fit the seat from MK2 into MK1 as I enjoy it's design and comfort much more.
Hello hello! I lost the key to my car and i need to move it off the street parking and into my driveway. I figured out how to get it into neutral with the shift release button but the steering wheel locks. Is there a way to somehow get the steering wheel to unlock without the key?
Any help or suggestions is much appreciated. Thank you so much!
I’m a owner of a Swift MY19 (Top spec). Do I need to update the firmware of the infotainment unit? If yes, how I do it?
Hey guys, I think the stock headunit of the 2019 Vitara GLX doesn't have android auto and Apple carplay, does anyone here have any experience with Carlinkit and whether it works, I really want carplay most especially for navigation purposes, Im a new driver and it would help me get familliar with routes.
Thanks!!
I’m living in Perth WA and I’m searching high & low for a decent Vitara, not sure on the year/model there is heaps of mixed reviews and it’s overwhelming. I found a 2011 4x4 petrol auto with 160,000kms. Can anyone give me some advice? I’ve read about the 2016/2017 too. I’m in a Vitara rabbit hole
Hello everyone. I bought a used 2007 SX4 Sport in October that has been running well until 2 weeks aago. Since then, the ESP and check engine light turned on and the tachometer is not responding, while the car will still turn on and run. We tried replacing the cam shaft position sensor, and that's not the problem. The computer is reading the RPM's but is not sending it to the tachometer, which narrowed it down to the EMC. I was hoping to hear anyone from USA's way they find mechanics that can do a repair like this. And if anyone has any inputs on the repair as well would be greatly helpful.
