Hello entrepreneurs,
When we run a business, we encounter multiple issues on a daily basis. Some are easy to fix and others needs good guidance from professionals. Would like to know what help you need for your business?
Comment down below if you are facing any of these issues. Will talk and offer a free consultation on your issue.
BTW yes I am a business owner too and sometimes I would like to offer free consultation for fellow business owners.
The way in which businesses are mostly done in a scrupulous way keeps off entrepreneurs who values honesty and integrity. Which are some of those aspects that makes you conflicted while doing business
I am a sourcing agent based in China, helping clients from other countries to source products from China. Recently, I’ve been trying to find clients on various social media platforms, but I’ve received very little response. What would be the best way to approach and find new clients? Could you provide some suggestions?
I'm running a design agency and looking to streamline our payment flow by offering customers the option to pay via card, crypto, or bank transfer, all accessible through a single payment link. For bank transfers, we'd likely need to attribute payments manually since they aren’t instant. Is there a way to implement this seamlessly, or would we need custom development to integrate all three methods efficiently?

I run an agency that specializes in product development. Three apps we built for clients recently have over 50k+ downloads. However, I am not able to land clients in US/European markets. They rarely respond to emails or LinkedIn messages. Most of my emails directly go to spam. I want to deliver quality products globally for clients. I am currently charging $25-$30 per hour. I cannot reduce the price and compete with low ballers.
So how do I reach out to potential leads and get more responses online? Please help me out.
Claid is a project I’m working on, it’s pretty simple, store videos, search for something, anything, and get back every frame containing the search term…
It works pretty well as a start, though I believe it could be better, open to any suggestions,
Another feature i’m interested in adding is face labelling/recognition, to allow searching for specific people, audio consideration also, maybe the search term is a sound, like a bark, or a crash…
At first this started as a pretty cool project, but i can’t help but think it could be pretty helpful
I have a 2 person shop where we rebuild things for time plus materials. I charge 70/hr for myself and 63/hr for my helper. This seems to work well. Customers are happy, business is making a bit of money, we are both paid pretty well for our area and industry.
I want to hire a new guy, but know Customers wouldn't be happy paying full rate because he doesn't know how to do anything.
So, if I pay him 20 an hour is there a formula for figuring out how much I need to charge an hour for him so the business makes money off him? I know I need to find out how much workmans comp will cost for him and add that in, plus a guesstimate on how much time he will actually be doing paying work versus cleaning up the shop and doing maintenance around the yard.
I'm really looking to train my replacement and he is my only candidate. I'm getting old and my helper is older and I'm in an industry where there isn't really anyone interested in continuing the business.
I have a two year old small business primarily profitable from local craft shows, with a growing Etsy presence. It's not my full-time job but often feels like it; the money isn't yet there to allow me to quit.
We're looking to start a family in the next year or two and my goal is to run my business while staying at home with the kids. We would plan to have childcare once a week to allow me to focus on the business, and I'd have naptime and evenings. My husband could pay the bills but nothing more with his job, so my business would allow us to live above the necessities.
Is anyone doing anything similar? Running a very small part time business and staying at home with kids? Is it something you'd recommend? Any advice for preparing to make the jump? Sometimes this plan feels so naive.
Also interested in how you divide business responsibilities with a spouse. He doesn't find joy in the business but I don't think I could do it alone.
Thanks!
How I have been getting more Google Reviews for my business
I don’t know if any else has tried these? But I decided to give them ago about 3 months ago to try to lift my ranking for my beauty clinic on Google, they are called Google review stands, the one I have is from www.reviewboostcard.com
I think they cost me around $80 from memory but it was definitely worth it, I went from having only 12 google reviews to 120 + in 3 months.
Each client we have now just taps their phone onto it or scans the QR code and easily leaves us a new google review.
A great little business hack in my opinion..
Hello everyone, I am currently working on the research and development of a social networking startup aimed to help benefit small and local businesses. If you would take this quick survey linked below it would be much appreciated. Thanks
Can you in at most 5 words state what your small business is?
The revenue is around $112000 a year and he wants around $37000 (his profit for a year which is basically 1/3 of the revenue). The price is not set yet and id hope its much lower.
I've worked for this lawn care company for 8 years. The first 5 years I didn't do route stuff and only did extra work(trimming /small landscaping jobs)for his 160 accounts. 3 years ago I started a route with him and took care of the better accounts because of my attention to detail and communication skills. The boss then started selling equipment to employees and subcontracting them the work. I was the last one to do so about a year ago. He now wants to sell the accounts to me. Half of these accounts have requested to be on my route over the years and all the accounts have been with the company for many many years. I have a great business relationship with almost all of the 23 accounts and a good relationship with the rest. I do really want these accounts and I will definitely negotiate if I can. I will also negotiate some sort of retention clause but I'm almost certain all the accounts are going to be thrilled for me stepping up since the boss man is retiring.
Is this at all reasonable? Is there a more reasonable $ figure.
For example, may have customers from manufacturing products, medical services, toys and games, art, etc..
Can one set up a generic corp or llc for this? Or must each field be separate subsidiaries of a parent company?
Specifically, wish to use profit from say selling toys and games into buying equipment for manufacturing planting pots. Or profits from medical services to buy toy making equipment. And get the tax deductions if legal.
In California. Thanks
anyone recommend a really great bank to open my soon-to-be llc business checking account with and has great service ? maybe one that would also be the most likely to give me a business credit card of 25k or so? thanks
Hey I had an epiphany yesterday and I realized my goal of becoming a plastic surgeon is no the path for me. I enjoy all subjects in school and I like the idea of getting a higher education but I realized that four more years of schooling to earn a bachelors degree for a specificity isn't what I want to do. I want to start a business, or possibly expand my moms(she cleans houses) I would want to get possibly into a vending machine buisness because I wouldn't mind spending hours just restocking. I also love working 9-5 jobs, I like the idea of possibly opening a franchise and managing it, but I would want to work there like a regular employee. I am not sure but if I could get guidance from both people who've succeeded and failed in buisness where should I start? How could you've done it differently?
Hey guys, I have a dream of becoming the best financier in the world. I just started studying, but I'm not in the USA or Canada because I can't afford education in those countries, and I'm not a citizen of either.
I'm looking for someone who knows a typical financier and can help me get in touch to get some advice. I promise to give a few percent of my future company to anyone who helps me on this journey. If you don't know anyone, please help me get this message to the top. If you do know someone, please let me know
I want to open a petting zoo but my plan for now is it to set up a traveling petting zoo in the mean time with 4 alpacas, a horse , goats and a pig until i save enough to buy land. What do i have to do legally to do this? what permits would i need in ohio?
I currently live in the US and have US citizenship. I also am an immigrant so I have dual citizenship. I don’t plan on staying in the US for much longer (couple years max). However, my fiancé has pushed me to start a business. I’m currently in the process of researching competition (I created a business plan and the products). Anyways, after all that behind the scenes stuff is all done, I will launch. I plan on setting up an online store selling digital planners. Legally, do I have to register my business in the US? I won’t live here much longer and it doesn’t make much sense to do so.
Another question I have (and i promise i’m not asking this to not pay taxes. religiously speaking, it’s an obligation for me and i’m sinful if i don’t and im not trying to go to hell)… If im legally not required to register it, does that mean I have to pay taxes? can someone explain everything? i’m so confused 😭
Hi all, I'm a s-corp sole employer/employee (2% shareholder) in CA and looking at health premiums after getting married this year. Currently I am getting my company to directly pay for the Kaiser premium, but next year, I aim to get health insurance under my spouse (it's cheaper). It seems to complicate things a bit because the health insurance payments would be coming directly out of spouse's paycheck.
Would a reimbursement from my business work (for the amount that spouse would be paying more to add me)? For example, spouse alone: $50 per paycheck for medical insurance, vs spouse + me: $200 for paycheck, then I could reimburse myself $150 from the S-corp?
I'm considering launching an online business selling shirts and hoodies in Canada. What essential steps should I take to ensure its success, and how can I effectively reach my target audience and differentiate my brand in a competitive market?

Been in business for around a year serving Japanese food. 250+ reviews on Google 4.6 stars, 4.3 stars on Yelp, 20k followers on Instagram averaging 3,000,000+ views monthly. Ever since October started we have been losing money week to week depleting cash reserves. Considering selling before we run out of capital. What is the best way to sell is it worth trying to sell the business or just sell as an asset sale? We have a 2000 sqft location in Dallas 4,750 in rent doing around $750,000 gross will probably end the year around 7-8% net margin. Has anyone used biz buy sell or is it worth going with a business broker?
Hi Guys,
I'm currently conducting a research on how businesses can implement automations. Can you please fill out this short form, i t would help me a lot
It's less than 2 minutes.
I’m looking to start my own pet treat business. Does anyone the requirements that go into this with NY state?
I just don't want to spread my funds too thin when I don't need to. For context, I'm earning $115,000 per year here in California, splitting ~60% of that into wages, and the rest as distributions.
I am willing to start a small tech business and I need your advice on how to get clients without paying ads.
Obligatory long time lurker/first time poster (etc. etc) but have to share this because I'm literally shaking right now and feel like an idiot.
Background— I've been freelancing for 3 years and make good money (about $200k/year now), but getting absolutely DESTROYED by taxes. Have a shitty accountant that never mentioned this but apparently self-employed people can set up their own retirement plan called a solo 401k and contribute BOTH as employer AND employee and there's some loophole called a "mega backdoor" that lets you put even more into a Roth account somehow??
Quick breakdown of what I just learned (someone please correct me if I'm misunderstanding):
Need some guidance as I've been googling for hours and I'm either:
If this is kosher though, I theoretically could have sheltered over $60k from taxes EACH YEAR for the past 3 years. i feel sick :(
Also if this is right, has anyone here actually done the mega backdoor conversion with their solo 401k? Everything I'm finding online seems super complicated or wants me to pay thousands in setup fees. Also really curious about the alternative asset investing - seems like most providers don't allow it so maybe not something you can really do with solo 401k?
We currently sell camping products online to end users and are considering selling through distribution.
Does anyone have recommended resources to help us learn about what to consider as we weigh our choices?
Thank you.
Doing some dd and would appreciate feedback on which PPO insurance options are available through Gusto and Rippling in WA and FL for a small business <5 people, and what the premiums could be like. Also, any other thoughts on the pros and cons of using them in general. Thank you.
