Quick question with the heating graphics

Recently it looks like they've been toned down and now it's just a dim red glow. Before, it was an orange-hot plasma. Anyone else or fixes?

JNO performance issues

SOLVED: As it turns out, I had a Windows update waiting to be installed. Once I installed the update and rebooted, I tried running the game again, and everything was running a smooth 60fps, even with the settings pushed back up to Ultra. My GPU is now only seeing between 50 and 60% utilization while playing. No idea why this was hamstringing my GPU. Thanks, Microsoft. :/

Coming from KSP, I bought JNO during the whole KSP2 scandal. I finally got around to installing it last night. The first thing I noticed was it was incredibly laggy. I found the option to turn on the FPS counter and saw that it was only running at 3-4fps.

My system specs:

  • Ryzen 9 3900x
  • RTX 3070ti
  • 64GB DDR4
  • M.2 NVME SSD
  • 3440x1440 display

This system usually allows me to run the games I play at maximum detail, but I have run into the occasional game that requires me to back the settings off just a little - rarely will I need to lower the texture or models quality, but I will sometimes need to dial down things like lighting and shadows.

I went into the graphics settings and started by setting the overall quality from Ultra to High. That got me to 5-6fps. I thought, "Seriously?" Backing it off to Medium settings only got me to around 8fps. I checked the Windows Task Manager and my GPU was still running around 96-100%.

Is this normal for JNO? I did a quick search in this sub and didn't see much pertaining to performance issues. I actually saw a number of people mention that it performs better than KSP.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is there a way to load multiple bleuprints at once?

So bassically i want to be able to design individual components and then load them into one plane. is that possible?

Any plans to add ISRU to Juno New Origins?

Building out space infrastructure such as fuel stations provides me with a lot of motivation to justify my rocket launches in other space games. Have the devs mentioned any intentions to add ISRU (In-Situ Resource Utilization) to the unmodded base game?

Performance issue

When I start playing the game runs normally, but after around 20 mins it start lagging horribly. So is it the game's or my laptop's fault and is there a way to fix it?

Electric Motor Not Moving

I have an electric motor that has the shaft connected to a fuel tank, and the base to another fuel tank. i set its input to slider 3. But when i click launch and then press the button i assigned slider 3 to, it doesn't spin. It consumes power, but its RPM is 0, why is this? I need a fix.

Frustrated!

I have been trying to use the tutorial, and I remember I was having problems with it when I tried it before (I think when it was Simple Rockets). I do pretty good with the tutorial, until I have to place the fins. Then, I have problems getting them placed and resized correctly. So, I get frustrated, and finally uninstall the game! I'd like to try playing it, but I'm finding it hard to use on my tablet, and I imagine it would be worse on my phone. I guess I'll have to wait until SFS 2 is released, and try that. I think they should have preset part sizes, which can be edited with BP editing. And, I hope it will be easier to place parts, if needed.

Juno: new origins | How to create burning nodes on ipad?

Hello. I am playing Juno: new origins on plane during long flights. It is amazing, how time flies with it.

I mainly perform maneuvers manually, but I have notticed that there is possibility to add burning nodes,on PC. Which improves precision and efficiency.

Is there way to add burning nodes on iPad? When I click on the orbit, “+” button appears, as if I could create node there, but when I click it again it either disappears or moves slightly.

Whatever i do, I cannot invoke burning nodes menu. Is there any way to achieve is on iPad without using external keyboard or mouse?

Any help would be appreciated.

Is there a difference?

Is there any difference between Juno: New Origins, and Juno: New Origins Complete Ed.? Looking at the descriptions in Playstore, I haven't found any difference, that I can tell. What are the differences, if any?

Landing impact point attitude correction

I am working on a super heavy booster catch, and I have gotten all the way to the final landing maneuvering to get to the tower, but I have hit a road block.

My idea so that it always gets caught is so that when the impact point is at a certain point close to the tower, then it locks heading on retrograde and slows down until it gets caught.

But with my current code, it gets to a predetermined distance of the impact point and the tower, and then it locks retrograde, but in doing so, it pulls the impact point closer to the booster and where it misses the arms. Does anyone have any idea how you could account for this attitude change, resulting in adding a number of meters to the place that when the impact point reaches, only then it locks heading retrograde?

Don’t know if I explained that good enough.

Simple Orbit Program

Here is a program I've made so I don't have to keep wasting my time to launch the millionth starlink cubestate satellite for cash. I haven't done a lot of programming, as is probably visible from the state of it, but it works for me. I cannot tell if the quality is any good before uploading this, so fingers crossed. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Edit: Picture did not upload
I really don't know why it's sending two, I'm not good at these things

Okay so reentry...

I feel like this is probably a dumb question, but how do I properly do a reentry with a space capsule? Like, everytime I attempt it, the thing spins frontward and the thing overheats and explodes, instead of it staying retrograde and having the heatshield take the brunt of the atmosphere. I've tried adding weight to the heat shield, I've tried making it wider. I'm doing something very wrong, but I don't know what.
