So basically, I spend 3 days designing and testing a rocket to land a rover on cladh, but when I saved the flight and came back to it the rover started bouncing like crazy and tipped over.(i think it is some type of suspension bug) Is there any way I could fix this?
If you are good at joystick controls it should be a piece of cake to control it :)
It does this when maintaining a straight direction at over 800m/s and I don’t know why
Following my last post, I recorded a much longer clip (I believe this is in fact the entire loop of the surface soundtrack) and sped the audio up even further, which made the lyrics much clearer. Here are the results.
I made a falcon 9 style booster, but it won't stay upright during descent due to airdrag and cente of mass and becomes a lawndart. The COM is obviously at the bottom with the engines. This makes the craft unstable, but do engines cause so much drag? Should i just add a big heavy battery to the top and some high drag gridfins/airbrakes? Or are there other solutions?

Work in progress.
I know you can't really see it on the picture lol
So bassically, this would be regular jet engines with you being able to select the bypass ratio and everything. But it would function differently. The inlet effiency would depend on the current vellocity and the heading of the part compared to the velocity propogade. These could allow you to be more free in the design of your crafts as these engines could generate huge amounts of thrust at higher mach levels. They would have a parameter of at what speed they will begin to function which would be affected by edditable parameters.
I manage to hit the runway but it keeps going of or it just hits the grass. Is there a way or method where I can learn how to properly land a plane?
How can i do that? I want to make a plane follow another plane but i just don't know how to get the location of the target and make it so the plane turns towards it.
I mean, we have SimplePlanes for that and we dont need planes in a rocket based game
