In Peepoodo & the Super Fuck Friends (2018-2021), the character Evelyn, a trans woman, is voiced by a cis man. This has no implications of any kind.

In Idiocracy (2005) I know Jack squat about what happens in this movie but I know I’ll get like 1000 upvotes for showing it off

Idiocracy (2006) is clearly a work of fiction because the main character Joe is happy with his dead end job

The movie Heretic (2024) features the line "No Generative AI was used in the making of this movie" in the credits despite there being all practical effects. Also surprised the hell out of me is every movie gonna have that now?

In Don't Look Up (2018), a tech billionaire is seen influencing government personal. This drives unease with viewers as this situation signals oligopolistic influences in a capitalistic society. However, viewers can take ease that this would not happen in real life.

The asterisk in Marvel's Thunderbolts* (2025) indicates that most of the team hates the name and refuses to go by it is actually wild.

In Captain America (2025), the Brave New World font is 69px Arial Bold with -11px letter tracking and just smooshing the whole thing to make it narrower.

In Transformers One, D-16 accidentally shoots Orion Pax and then drops him down a hole, after D-16 JUST said 15 minutes beforehand that he was done showing mercy. This is a nod to Orion Pax not listening to D-16 and being a bad friend.

In John Carpenter's They Live, the aliens’ projected date to completely control Earth's population through mass media, the economy, and manipulation of human greed was set for 2025. This has absolutely no connection to anything like "Project 2025." Nope, not at all.

In The Joker, The Joker laughs through the pain and horror of the world around him. This is a reference to this sub for the past few days. Also a reference to me.

Harrison Ford somehow plays an age accurate President of the United State in both Air Force One (1997) and Captain America: Brave New World (2025).

Michael Bay is vehemently against the use of AI, because it will just make cheap, bland, soulless movies, putting him out of a job.

In Pitch Black [2000] they have to drag four power cells past hungry monsters while making enough light to repel them. They can't use the sand cat because it's solar. They can't use the crashed ship's lights because they don't have a power source. It's too bad they don't have any power cell.....wtf?

In the last scenes of the movie planet of the apes (1968), it is revealed that the government of France gave a huge statue of a human instead of a huge statue of an ape as a gift to the ape society. No wonder Charlton Heston was so pissed, he is known to really hate government incompetence.

In Sonic the Hedgehog 3 (2024), Shadow is seen riding a motorcycle. This is because Keanu Reeves loves his motorcycles in real life, and Shadow has to be a complete 100% reflection of his actor.
