Recently opened. Building factories. But the main one needed says "Building unavailable" I've seen this on my main city also. Many big add-ons say unavailable and I can't use them. Wi-Fi isn't the issue. It just says unavailable. But never something necessary to move forward like in frosty fjords..now I feel cheated out of my one region picked. Because it is useless without the fishery. Any suggestions. Or anyone know how I can fix this issue. Thanks so much. Also. Since the update. All my "little item boxes" do t show a pic. They are white boxes. A lot of things I move blindly with. Others I can click on it to find out what it is. But that's the other issue I'm having. It's irritating cuz I love the game please help. I've been wanting to try burger farming for a while mainly because I'm stuck on always trying to save some money and its getting frustrating.

I learned about burger farming on this subreddit (selling stacks of burger to city advisors for a higher price than the market) but I am a bit worried that once I sell all my items this strategy will not work for whatever reason.

Is this strategy still working (November 2024) or has it been patched and I should not sell all my rare items ?
