Suspension point at home tips and tricks for installation
I wanted to have an suspension point in my home but i can't place because of the building and hard point at the ceiling.
In this context i had the following ideas.
Option 1: One wood bar and some steel mounting
Option 2: Three wood bar and some mounting against the wall
I am not experienced with suspenion points. What do you think about this idea ?
idea is to have it in the corner of the room.
Questions:
- Ensure stability of the wood bars and cut the wood bards the correct size
- Ensure attachment with wood so that I can hang a person there
- Find a drill and attachments to be able to drill the appropriate holes.
- Is it safe to drill into bricks? How much load can be ensured? Would such a solution be strong enough?

Hi! I'm new to the community but not the idea and concept of rope suspension, and I really find it to be such a pure form of art. That said, I want to be a part of it!
